Breakfast was excellent, location very good, rooms well appointed and clean. Staff friendly and helpful - free local bus ticket.

Furniture and bathroom equipment is not luxury. But still NOT "OMG, what a trash" state.

Not sure if it's a case, but it feels like it's some family owned hotel, where every customer is valued and welcomed to come back. The furniture in rooms is a bit used, but well who cares if you have a mountain view from your balcony and can enjoy the sun while having breakfast in a nice, green backyard.

i liked everything my only very minor thing is that tea isn’t served with milk so you have to ask each time but that’s just personal preference !

the location is perfect and only a 7 min walk from the train station and are loads of shops and restaurants around you. the staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable there’s a complimentary tea time between 4-5 you can see mountains from room breakfast is amazing! and the dining area is beautiful it has a sauna and pool but I didn’t use it

Nice hotel in Partenkirchen, 5 minute walk to the city center of Garmisch. aprox 10-15 minute walk to the station. Room was modern, nice and clean. beathroom was great and with a good Shower. very polite and kind staff. Breakfast was perfect.

Maybe a bit overpriced. Lack of optimum staff involvement at the breakfast table. Maybe an electric kettle and mini bar in the room would have been helpful

The pillow was way too soft but I received another one for the 2nd night.

Large comfy room with balcony offering stunning mountain views. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice and attentive service. Great location very close to lots of restaurants and the pedestrian zone.

The tea time comes as a surprise and I love the selection of teas and cakes served in the nice setting! I also love the spa that comes with it. The steam room was just nice.

Too old TV in a room for such a hotel, but who watches tv in the middle of winter? The room was two hot and I couldn’t make it colder. Maybe in a future some Thermostat…

The Location is perfect, it gives plenty options. The Hotel has own garage. Breakfast is ok and there is a nice Sauna.

The sauna is pretty small. It was great on Friday, when the hotel was not too busy, but on Saturday, when more people arrived, it got very busy.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We really liked breakfast. The location is amazing, just a few hundred meters from the city centre with all restaurants and bars and a couple blocks away from the railway station. Sauna and swimming pool are cozy.

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was very varied and the coffee was good.

Hotel is very dated in a quaint way. Not sure I would say I dislike it. A little over priced for what they are charging. No kettle in the room. Skip the eis cafe opposite it wasn’t that good.

The front desk staff were very helpful. It have a great view of the mountains from our balcony. A good selection breakfast. Donner shop next door was good. They baked the bread as you order it.

The personnel was helpful and everything worked smoothly. There are early check-in and late check-out times, which allow optimal timeschedule when using train or bus for travelling.

They have a very nice breakfast. Rooms are a bit old fashion but still very nice. Several very good restaurants in walking distance.

Room 14 was so small and noisy (poor soundproof). Price was too high I think. Breakfast main meal selection was a little bit poor. Mattress and pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. WiFi was sooo slow.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Sauna and pool were so nice. Rooms were clean. The place is close to the city center, train and bus stations. Room 11 was spacious with a nice balcony and view to mountains.

A little pricy!

Everything about this hotel was great. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in Germany. The hotel is wonderful, right next to the river. The views are great (mountains). It has an indoor pool which the kids enjoyed. The staff is really helpful from checking in to checkout and in between! It is down town!

The WiFi was not meeting my expectations, it was slow and not stable.

Breakfast is simple but good with option to get selected egg dishes. The location of hotel is central in GaPa with nice view to the mountains.

The parking garage was small, dark, and scary to pull into and out of. Also the big heavy keys.

I liked the breakfast buffet options. The property was beautiful.
