I especially chose this place for the good internet, but when I most needed it, that day, it was not working at all although the IT team checked it one or couple of times. After that it was working smoothly.

it is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay about a week. The heating is perfect, the showers and the bed is comfortable, nothing is old and teared in the room I stayed.

1) I don't smoke, and the smell of cigarettes is extremely unpleasant to me. I also enjoy fresh air and always keep my windows open or ventilated. Unfortunately, every evening, I would sense the smell of cigarettes in my room because its windows faced the central entrance to the building, and almost every night, someone would smoke there. So, I had to close the windows and ventilate through the bathroom extractor fan, which is neither quick nor ideal for fresh air 2) The doors to the room close loudly, and the closing of each door in the corridor is audible 3) In the hotel, I encountered Russian-speaking individuals who behaved rudely 4) An unpleasant surprise for me was the parking fee, as there are two options in the hotel: a closed parking area with a daily fee and parking in front of the building for free. Unfortunately, I was only informed about the paid parking at check-in.

The great place, location and service with everithing that you could need even during long stay in Hamburg from supermarkets next to the hotel to the small "everithing you need" shop next to the lobby, evening bar, breakfasts, wash&ironing room, library, conferences rooms for working, wifi and parking! However, it's worth noting that the hotel is a bit far from downtown.

The accommodation was excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for a short stay, and the mattress provided great comfort.

We were unable to translate the TV from German to English. The shop didn’t have staple items such as milk, cereal, bread.

The staff were fantastic. All very welcoming, all helped us out massively with directions, how to navigate the travel systems such as buses and metros. The room was well equipped and space was lovely, bed very comfortable. The bar area was always lively, bar staff really friendly and made us feel so welcome. We met some wonderful people.

We had the windows open as it was hot but there was a lot of noise from people outside the back of the hotel for the entire night which made it difficult to sleep. Not sure what is attracting so many people, the shopping centre was closed, but it was annoying. The member of staff who checked us in was rather brusque (close to rude actually) and not at all welcoming.

This was a stopover hotel and we arrived very late due to a cancelled ferry so we appreciated the 24 hour reception. It's just off the motorway so the location is ideal. There is a parking garage on site which was also very useful. The room was a small apartment which was nice, modern and comfortable. There was no air conditioning but the windows open.

I had to pay an extra value the day when I arrived and that was not visible in the apartment description or at least I couldn't find it.

I cannot say. Its hard to say because i love everything...Maybe English-speaking tv channel but then again i came with my mini mac, so i was able to watch anything. Everything is so good. I honestly do not know what to say and i stayed here for 2months. I just love

Breakfast: it was amazing..i paid 16euro and there was variety of choices....i love that it was not overcrowded, it was just perfect. Cleaning: Cleaning is done once a week and they really clean well Location: We have a little mall about 10mins walk away, and there is constant access to buses like bus 4, 183, 115, etc Rooftop Gym: Just wow!

I discovered the hard way there's no air conditioning in the rooms - you are well prepared to stand the cold nights with the heavy blankets provided, but I visited when there were over 30°C in town and couldn't sleep well at night. Moreover, I was glad I booked my room over 3 months in advance, because the already not inexpensive daily rate was more than doubled a few weeks later - I believe that over 200€/night are too much even for such a nice property.

The room was very clean and equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and all the kitchenware I needed to prepare and consume my food, when not eating out. I especially liked the property's ample multi-level garage which for a modest 10€/day fee solves the otherwise difficult problem of finding an inexpensive parking spot in Hamburg. Everything went smoothly.

Airplanes fly quite close to the building. It didn't affect our sleep at all but might be good to know.

Really nice, well furnished rooms. Great shower. Friendly staff. Handy shop at reception for snacks and gifts. Perfect place for a quick stop over (easy access from the motorway). Loved the fridge and coffee maker in the room - very handy when on a road trip.
