Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayThe carpeted floor in the room was a bit meh and part of what I would call quite outdated interior. Bathroom was more recent and ok. Staff was friendly in interaction but not very extrovert when just passing through.
It's in a very good location at the end of the pedestrian street. Clean and nice. Friendly restaurant at ground floor with good food and drink.

GermanyRealised that the pillows provided were very flimsy - unfortunately that was at a late time of day (or rather night). There were no extra pillows provided in the closet. Also: hotel has no room fridges - yet the amazing receptionist offered to put anything in the kitchen fridge..
The young receptionist was exceptionally friendly and accommodating - a major plus as the first impression.

GermanyIts a very minor thing, but the lockers in the sauna for the mens side were all missing locks or had been left locked - despite the sauna being empty. I presume this is really the fault of badly behaved or forgetful guests, but meant I couldn't store my clothes anywhere securely. Beds were a bit hard.
Lovely room, lovely staff, nicely placed. Staff very friendly and accommodating, really willing to help. Parking was really simple. Whole place decorated nicely which gave a luxury sort of feel whilst also being cosy.

Switzerland-No English spoken in hotel -I requested an extra blanket and it was denied -When the radiator heating is turned on, there is loud noise of water flowing through the pipes -Parking has an additional fee. ->why if the parking lot is continuously empty, they seem to be just hidden costs -Water in the room is charged (3€). Come on! Are we in 1990s? After paying over 120€ per night, the water should be a kind gift after arriving from a long trip -No boiler, nor coffee -No fridge -Poor ilumination -1 thin pillow for a whole double bed, come on.. -The waiter of the restaurant is completely rude
