We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomTotally understandable but the restaurant was closed on the night I stayed I didn’t have the energy to go and find food after a long drive .Not that it really mattered as I was soon fast asleep in a comfy bed
I received a lovely welcome and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was unfussy and I liked the homemade jam. I was traveling with two dogs and the garden at the back was perfect for them to let off a bit of steam.

It is a hop in stay before we travel to Black Forest the next day. We were greeted excellently by the staff and most notably a very humble gentleman(forgot his name) who also cooked the dinner for us, which was delicious. The room was very comfortable. Hotels exterior is very beautiful. For EV vehicle owners, you have a supercharger in the hotel parking lot, which is super good.

United StatesThis is our third visit to Tannenheim and we will likely visit again if we are in the area. The room was updated, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious as usual and of course the breakfast was super! While this hotel isn't down by the river in Boppard, the hospitality of the owners makes it worth the trip up the hill to stay there.

United KingdomLovely warm welcome, convenient location from motorway, good evening meal in restaurant and great breakfast. Location is also a 20 minute drive down to Boppard which is a pretty town by the Rhine. I saw that others had been bothered by road noise on previous reviews and so there were earplugs thoughtfully provided along with usual toiletries! We weren’t bothered by traffic noise at all but it depends what you are used to I suppose.

NetherlandsIt was the perfect stop for us and our 1 year old son. They are so kind and accommodating, baby bed, high chair, hot water for thr bottle, warming up baby food, absolutely great! The room was super clean and big enough with the baby bed, also a big bath room. Lovely restaurant with terrace in a nice garden, fast service. Would recommend!

GermanyMy payment was including breakfast. But at the time of checkout I was told the payment was only for room. I was asked to pay extra 23 Euros for my 2 days breakfast, even though my prepaid package was including breakfast! Being a business trip, Wi-Fi is very poor, there was zero connectivity in my room. I was asked to be downstairs if I had to get Wi-Fi connectivity!
Staff is extremely friendly and rooms are neat.
