The breakfast was an expensive add-on with limited options. The breakfast came in at a premium and we decided after the first day to get breakfast elsewhere.

The room was beautifully designed, functional and very clean. A fantastic location near the museums and other attractions. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel and it was at a perfect location. Although the hotel is geared more towards the German Tourist industry please don’t let it put you off trying it out. We particularly enjoyed the bar on the hotel roof but there was confusion about items on our bill which took some time to rectify however it was very nice to watch the sunset from the hotel and see the fireworks. Staff communicated with us in English during our stay.

It wasn’t special enough for the price category, it clearly should have been on 30% lower for a small room and crowded breakfast. I have stayed in many luxurious hotels with same price and different experience.

It might be because it happened to be the port anniversary in Hamburg, but the price was almost double of what I’d usually expect. For this price, I’d have at least expected a refrigerator and complimentary water, maybe even a coffee machine/water kettle.

No water or tea / coffee facilities in room. This comes as standard even in 5 star hotels . A large still water bottle from bar is 7 euro . Far too expensive. 2 small water bottles in room would be great

The rooms are quite small. During my stay it was also sunny, with pleasant temperatures outside, but this turned out to be a problem for my room as the AC was not working (turned off) and the floor heating of the bathroom was on. This made the room a bit too hot, which could be a problem during hotter days. The breakfast is buffer but I consider it to be overprices (24€ per person). There are several cafés around the hotel that provide a more comfortable and relaxed breakfast experience with better adjusted prices.

The location is the best asset of this hotel, not only located at the city center but also with an U-bahn stop right in front. Easy to access. The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out were fast, with no complications. Several good restaurants can be found around the hotel area.

Comfortable , spacious room . Friendly, helpful and polite staff . Twenty-four hour downstairs bar , and a rooftop bar . The hotel is well located , only a 5-minute walk from the nearest underground station , and less than a 10-minute walk from the main rail station .

I expected that the room should have more utilities. The comfort in common areas are not being reflected in the room itself. No mini freezer for the presents that require some coollness. Not enough dressing hangers and dressing area. Eco friendly slippers can also be added.

Great location, U2 metro entrance right under the hotel door. Hotel bar and sitting are is exceptional. Grabbing a drink in the lobby or roof bar; sitting and chatting with friends in comfortable sofas are amazing. Clean room, comfortable bed.

Hotel room does not have tea and coffee compliments. It would have been nice to have a cup of tea quietly after a long business day in my room instead of going down to the lobby. Breakfast in the hotel is expensive for what you get.

Hotel is brand new. So the feeling of the overall experience is quite good. Location is great. Hotel room was spacious, easy to use and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The cleaning service during my stay was great. I would choose this hotel again for my business trip.
