Pillows are the worst

It would be great to have an alternative to coffee- tea bags for example. 3 small packages of sugar is not enough in room for 2 people for 3 days. The socket placed too low under the table, it is uncomfortable to charge phone. And remote control didn't work in my room (but I didn't contact reception as it wasn't important for me)

I liked that room has small kitchen. Clean and comfort. Looks good, not far from public transport. I cannot understand why one bed has 2 different matrasses, it is not comfortable for one person to stay, I couldn't sleep in the middle of the bed.

We would have appreciated more mugs for hot beverages, as only two were provided.

Comfortable room in a convenient location with two U-Bahn stations nearby (approx. 10 min walk). Peaceful surroundings and basic kitchen amenities provided (mugs, plates, cutlery, pot, pan). There is a bakery across the street, and also a Lidl just a few minutes away from the hotel. Clean and nice room - they offer free daily cleaning service. Helpful and kind receptionist.

Soap dispenser didn't work well, but it wasn't critical for me.

The most important for me was the allowance of living with pets, because I was travelling with my dog. Also a good thing was that I parked my car near the hotel on a free street parking. The room was very clean with everything needed. Beatiful view from the window. Comfortable bed. Two free and tasty beers in fridge. Metro and supermarket are near the hotel, in 10 minutes of walk.

After choosing a large bed, I got a message while at the hotel that its subject to avaibility, after calling support the man was very very impatient after I tried to see my options.

The location (Moosach) is about 1 hour away from Marienplatz, so the location is not ideal.

The room was modern and the bathroom was very clean. The room can be cleaned daily upon request. My room had a view of the Olympia Park Tower which was nice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and seeing as it is a multiple-use building with long-term stays and rentals etc, don't expect a hotel-like experience. But staff are discreet and it's definitely a great 'airbnb' kind of stay.

Awesome modern facilities and finishes. Room was spacious with a great view. Cleaning services were exceptional and the little kitchen was effective. But they don't have a microwave, although it was indicated.

We booked 2 Dbl rooms for our family and asked in reception to arange them next to each other- one was in the begining and the secons one - in the end of coridor, so we was used to walk long distance to share toothpaste, shampoo, pyjamas and ect.

Modern, good equiped room. Near the BMW museum. Very good breakfast.

The apartment was really nice and had all you may need for a stay, especially the fully equipped little kitchen (e-stove, fridge, m-wave, nespresso coffee machine, and all the staff), if you want to cook something "at home". Our room also had a great view of the Olympia park area. There are also some free parking slots long the street.

I expect they have a microwave but they don't. The bathroom could use a separator so it's not wet everywhere.

Feels like at home. Friendly and helpful staff, I borrowed a vacuum cleaner from the cleaning personal and they let me use it.

Due to small size, bed is placed right next to bathroom wall, this makes it very noisy for sleeping when your partner is hang shower!

Beds are not verry good. The sheets are coarse and the pillows flat. It was also very hot in the room, even though it was December. You can open the window but then you get noise from the street. Quite a lot of sound comes through from the hallways becaus there is no carpet there (people pulling their luggage etc.).

Staff was nice and the one time we got breakfast, it was good. There is a bakery right next door with good variety of stuffed breds and also a KFC is nearby. It was easy to get to city by U-bahn and the station is a 5 min walk away. Building seems quite new and is in good condition.
