Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was. You are better off eating out.

It was quiet and the rooms were nice and big. We were well taken care of and it’s in a nice location that is close to everything you want but not too busy.

Pillowes could be better. Coffee machine for capsules would have been nice. A table to eat on would would also have been nice

One slight criticism in that the sauna was only working the one day during our four night stay.

I like the location of the hotel. Also the room is good and all required furniture was is the room. Our reservation does not include the breakfast but one moorning we tried the breakfast and it was ok.

Not a big issue but the reception area closed at night and it was not explained to us how to get in touch with anyone in case of need or emergency. No need or emergency arose while we stayed there, so again, not a major point.

Spacious suites with separate living area, kitchen and bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Centrally located - most attractions were walking distance. The staff were delightful, especially the breakfast staff - they were very attentive and remembered our preferences for coffee and eggs. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

There’s no downside. The best cost benefit in Berlin

The property has great location, staff and structure. The room is big, comfortable and the bed is one of the best I’ve ever slept in. Located near key historical places, by staying here you’ll be able to do everything but foot, knowing the city in the best way possible

Nothing to complain about!

We stayed for two nights in an utterly immaculate, comfortable, quiet, *perfectly* appointed suite. The hotel is extremely tastefully decorated and everything seemed newly renovated. I travelled with my mother and toddler and were beyond delighted.

Lighting in bedroom is poor. Only bedside lights, no room lighting. Very hard to see.

Nothing- we were very impressed

Outstandingly friendly helpful and welcoming check in staff. Really well sited for easy access to transport and tourist attractions. We had a beautiful suite, a free upgrade from our booking meant also a balcony. The room looked onto a pretty courtyard so very peaceful despite city centre location. Well equipped kitchenette. Very comfortable bed We didn’t try the 8th floor breakfast service as plenty of cafes very close by but it looks to have great views. Perfect for our first visit to Berlin.

Breakfast is quite expensive, 25 Euro for one person. Only offer small buffet on the side.

We actually go to Berlin many times, but this time with my lovely baby daughter. And the room quite big, you could easily drive with kid’s trolley. And the bed so nice and comfortable.

No Nespresso / espresso machine. Instant coffee?? Who the heck drinks that anymore.... Hard beds and bad pillows

All was excellent and better than expected with the exception of no espresso machine which was odd. Most places have this facility nowadays, especially a hotel of this caliber. It was quiet, spotless clean.

- Weights in the gym were not heavy enough, only for stuff like aerobics. - If you are locked out after hours, the security guard to let you in doesn't speak English. - Easy to hear guests walking upstairs.
