There is no kettle in the room. The desk is too small to place a larger laptop.

This is a nice novel hotel with an interesting design. The staff is friendly and helps with wishes. Very modern and clean hotel. Great view from the seventh floor. Excellent insulation, so no noise is heard despite being close to a busy road. There are several nice places to eat and drink in the direct vicinity, and there is a gas station that works 0-24 across the street.

Early check in was not possible, but I did arrive on a Sunday morning, so I can understand that most of the rooms had been booked for the previous night and had to be cleaned :)

The room had a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is far from the center, but in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Breakfast was also amazing!

The water in the shower head fluctuates hot and cold, and the water volume is too small.

Pillows and sheets are very comfortable, small and exquisite room.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and the temperature of the water changed suddenly and would become extremely hot. Also there was a sewagey smell coming from the bathroom.

Could 't get wifi in room 618. Had to go to the lobby late in the evening to check on and check in to my flight.

Staff couldn't be more accommodating. As a single female traveller felt really safe. It was a pleasant stay. Very happy that I let the barman choose my nightcap.

The room was on the small side, which didn't bother me, as I was alone in a double room, but may be a bit tricky for a longer stay for two. The room was relatively warm, and the air was dry.

My stay was very comfortable, the room was nice, stylish, and had great amenities such as speakers and Chromecast. Breakfast was nice too. The location was great - close to UKE campus, and easy access to the airport.

Wifi connection was very poor. The bed was too soft for me. Everything else was very good.

Breakfast was very basic but quite good. The room was clean, stylish, everything you need is available. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location is not in the center, but there is a public transport stop right next to it that takes you to the center very easy. And the public bus takes you to and from the airport.

Breakfast room underdimensioned, it is necesary to queue for finding a table for breakfast. + The hotel is in the middle of a no-where business quarter, for the Saturday lunch no restaurants or cafés were opened in the walking neighbourhood + Irritating policy of the city of Hamburg of taxing visitors of 3€ per hour from 9.00 till 20.00 sunday inclusive, for parking your car. If it happens, like us, that the hotel had no available parking places, you have no other choice as paying lot of money as there are no free parking places in broad portions of the town. There are better alternatives to Hamburg both for tourism and for work conventions.

The parking facilitaire are unavailable most of the time and underground parking or parking on the street is really expensive. Since most guests will come by car, i think this is something to work on.

The rooms were Nice and clean, the breakfast was plenty and the overall atmosphere is great.
