We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyIn the morning around 6 there were loud people talking and cars outside my NE window. The view is also not that great there, with a big building right next and a main street behind. TV Antenna didn’t work and also not AirPlay, so I couldn’t use it with my iPhone. Otherwise everything was very pleasing.
Very new and clean. Quiet of the window is closed. Huge TV, large lobby. Very good bathroom. Also liked the random Karlsruhe facts in English on the walls. Nice atmosphere in the lobby.

GermanyI only stayed at this hotel for one night so I have very little to share about the place. What caught my attention immediately upon arrival was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. That's a rare thing in German hospitality system, and so should definitely be appreciated here. The hotel has an air of wholehearted modernity and comfort about it. My room was meticulously clean. The wallpaper in the bathroom had drawings of Karslruhe's attractions :D Next time I am in Karlsruhe, I'd gladly stay here again.

CroatiaBar not working in the morning. One of two coffee machines near buffet not working (line to long). Juice machine was totally empty. No fix telephone in rooms (to be able to contact reception) No pip hole on the room door (extremely important) Bathroom without toilet trinkets.

Czech RepublicPrice was surprisingly low, we realized why upon arrival: this is a brand new hotel, the area around it is still being worked on, so it must have literally just opened. Rooms are well equipped, BUT the walls are paper-thin. And when I say paper-thin I mean you hear people from two rooms across, not to mention the neighbouring rooms. I got woken up by country music from elderly couple next door at 7 a.m. as if it was played next to my own bed! The night before the wild children running in the next room and hitting the floor with something even sent vibrations to my room (besides the screams). This was pretty nightmarish experience, pity that such an important aspect of hotel accomodation was neglected entirely in this development.

Switzerlandwe asked for a room near each other since we are a family travelling with a minor. we were informed our rooms were a few rooms away but they were completely on the opposite side and we needed to turn different corners to get to the second room. When checking in, the receptionist said they didn't have our reservation. after clarifications, we were told only one room was booked. after further checking, the second room was found. it took a bit of time to sort it out and after a long drive that is the least we expected- cleaning service knocks and immediately enters the room, without waiting for us to open the door. the cleaning service could not speak English or German,

We had a really low rate for our two rooms, and it almost feels like we robbed them. Price-quality wise it was fantastic. Shower had the water pressure that you would want to have at your home, but you don't. Great stay.
