Ther only minus I feel about Brera is to get the entry code. It changed between my booking and my arrival and I was not advised.

The bed did have some hair most likely coming from the couch pillows left on it (since it was actually a pulled out couch). My suggestion is to fully get rid of them and just use normal bed pillows that can be washed.

Very well maintained apartments close to public transport and not far from the city center. A big supermarket & bakery is underneath making shopping for amenities super easy. Self check-in system is great.

The toilet was not cleaned when we arrived. Somebody vomited and closed the toilet lid. The cleaning staff either forgot to check the toilet or left it on purpose.

The bed (couch) was not the most comfortable one, but it was ok for a few nights. There is no reception, which might be a problem for some people, but we didn't mind.

Big fully equipped room, quiet and adequately clean. Excelent location for our needs. Comfortable self check-in and out. Indoor parking (for surcharge) was very helpful because of snow calamity.

Kitchen is very tiny. We rented the apartment so we could cook. The kitchen is fully equipped and we managed, but there is very little space to prepare food.

When I lost my room key I could open it with my phone. There is a supermarket underneath that is very convenient. Great to have laundry facilities.

Do not recommend at summertime. We went in October and were aware that there was no air conditioning, but a heat wave happened and it was really hot inside the room. And the lack of recepcionist after is not good also. I needed help in our arrival and there was no one to help. I called and no one answered. Got a return by message hour later.

The room is good Bed is confortable. Shower is strong and hot.

Rooms are not being cleaned properly, cleaning staff shows bad attitude if you ask for something, plus doesn’t speak english. There were some issues with the tap, water was not running properly and one window door was not opening, so was hard to get fresh air

House keeping services available only once a week. I feel atleast towels could be replaced every other day. Location is good. But not close to any of the metro station. There is a bus stop close by though.

There was no aircon in the room.

Self check in. Room was okay size for 2 people. Bed was a sofa bed but surprisingly comfy. The receptionist was accommodating and helpful when I checked out and asked if I can leave my luggage for a bit.

It was very hot and stuffy in the room to the point that we could not sleep despite opening the windows at night. There is no AC so we asked for a fan. The first fan was broken and the second one worked, but was not very powerful. Also, the bed was not comfortable nor the pillows. The blanket options were also hot.

The facility and that there was a grocery store and bakery below.

It had everything you need like mugs, coffee, bed, shower and was clean. I did miss the airco.

the only think I didn't like was the fact I couldn't send a package to this address. There is no concierge and there is no possibility to dial the tenant. I have called the property in advance in order to make sure they would be able to receive a package, and they confirmed they would. The packages have never reached the destination.

the design of the room is very smart and practical. The room is quiet and it's possible to darken the room with the shades. Barrier free access to the room, all in all very nice.
