All was fine.

All went well. Parking opposite to the hotel in the garage is perfect. Stay was during an exhibition in Dusseldorf and for that reason the rate was higher than usual. But the Hotel is nice.

Bathroom was cleaned and bed made daily, but I felt like the room could use a deep clean in some areas, walls and the like.

Excellently located hotel close to tram stop and sorry walk into old town and other key entertainment and food places around the city. Appreciated the room upgrade, which had a large window and larger space. Comfy bed and pillows, at least to our preferences. Having the minibar fridge was useful to keep water and other foods things cool. I imagine the aircon will be really needed in summer! We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

The area the hotel is in isn't exactly pretty. You'll walk past a lot of sex-shops on the way from the station, but don't let that put you off; it's convenient! The shower was showing signs of age that even the best cleaners can't fix, and I really hope the nice looking, shaggy carpet gets deep cleaned regularly. Unfortunately, the hotel management doesn't have their accounting in order. I paid for the room on arrival, and the money came out of my account immediately as expected. When we checked out I was asked to pay again, but luckily I had the receipt at hand and the gentleman at reception later confirmed it had been a mistake. Today, a day later, I received an email from the owner, asking for payment AGAIN. What was a generally nice stay has now left a bad after-taste, hence the edit of my review. Extremely disappointing!

The room was amazing... big, comfortable, fully equipped (almost excessively so). The connection of the hotel with iconic German artists adds a really nice flair to the place (though I'm glad we stayed in Goetz Alsmann's room and not DJ Bobo's ;)). Parking is available for a reduced rate at a nearby car park. There is an amazing supermarket with great food options across the road, and there are a lot of really nice Vietnamese (and other) restaurants nearby. Staff, including the cleaning crew, were very friendly and the hotel was happy to accommodate our modest little requests.

Entrance isn’t wheelchair accessible

Staff was very helpful, bed was enormous and comfortable, room very silent, coffee machine was a big plus, and we enjoyed the Rituals products in the bathroom.

The air -conditioned wind blows directly to the head. Many bowls are broken. The half wall in the room is a man’s photo and in the mirror.It is difficult to accept for foreigners.

-I am not a fan of carpets in the bedroom as it does not feel very clean -The hotel was very old and needs a lot of renovations - I was surprised that you could see things like leaked yellow glue on the walls and torn wall paper -The bed was uncomfortable: the sheets were not comfortable and very narrow. -The AC was not placed in a nice spot in the room as it was directly blowing on the bed so it would either get too cold or too warm in the evening

Entrance needs renovation. Air-conditioning was very loud and old, therefor it was impossible to leave it on for night.

Room was very spacious. Bathroom was really nice and comfortable. Breakfast was quite average, nothing spectacular. The hall and entrance was quite outdated and need renovation.

The outside noise from the city. The carpet was shaggy, so I would imagine it’s pretty dirty. Just need to make sure you wear shoes when walking on the carpet.

The atmosphere of the hotel is not the most suitable, it is not possible to know what the hotel is used for, the price is expensive, 400 Euros is too much for the type of hotel and place.

They offered me a very comfortable and comfortable suite, with all the accessories, to get to the place you have to go up one floor by stairs which is difficult with a heavy suitcase, excellent location, breakfast is good.
