I liked everything.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was very comfortable and clean, and the view was very good. The man at checkout, from Venice, was especially friendly and helpful. The restaurant and the breakfast were elegant and food was plentiful.

The staff gave us a room with a poor view, although we paid for a better one, and then tried to make us pay double the money for a better view instead of giving us what we paid for. Eventually, we got the room we paid for, after a long discussion that ruined the mood for us.

Breakfast for vegan people could be much better. There is a corner for vegans but there are just few sweets and some vegetables, far from the options for non vegan people

I could not figure out how to easily order room service... suggest you just print the number clearly or have menu or brochure. In the end I didn't order.

This is ok for the money, but a little pricey. Overall this hotel is good, and the staff seemed well focused on the guest experience. I would rebook this hotel in the future.

Room view was awesome. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and the restaurants in the hotel were good.

The breakfast was extortionate and very poor value for money. The price was not made clear to us on check in and we should have asked but got stung for one breakfast at €37 per person!

Location was excellent! Couldn’t fault the staff, the gym and pool were an added bonus and were excellent! The room was huge, with a personal fridge and coffee machine and a free 1L bottle of water daily!

Left the note to have the sheets changed, which did not happen. I had to make a call to the reception in the evening when we returned to the room. That was disappointing. Some of the staff lack language skills in English and German alike.

Grand view from our hotel room across the waterfront, enjoyed the ceiling-to-floor windows; very quiet and relaxing. Excellent breakfast and excellent location!

When so high prices a charged for a room WHY there are no paid TV channels? In this hotel for the first time there was not even one music channel!!!

The hotel is extremely clean. In fact it is so usual for all Hamburg 5 star hotels! may be the cleanest hotels in the world! And it always makes pleasure to see how clean it was. Very friendly staff! They made me feel at home. Still for such high prices it is something to be expected.

Breakfast was ridiculously expensive for what it was

Location was incredible, i loved the terrace to be able to walk around and see the sky line. Rooms were top - really clean and well done.

Difficult to store and charge a hired Mobility Scooter. Hotel was reluctant to allow it to be kept in the storage room due to the possibility of fire. They did allow it from second day however.

The curtains!! The bed, the views; the fact that we could stroll through to the Philharmonic Hall for a concert! Breakfast was a delight, and the staff so attentive.

In my opinion, the internet speed needs improvement in stability and consistency.

The view was magnificent from the comfortable room, and the reception desk team was consistently warm and kind.
