Friendly staff! Great roomservice and I really like the „digitalization“ everything was accessible with an app (roomservice, massages, etc). Bose Bluetooth speakers were a great feature. Awesome and tasty vegetarian and vegan options (finally a hotel that arrived in 2022!)

The reception and the concierge not on Westin Standards taking into consideration that the whole building had a cost of 800million euros. Needs definitely an improvement because it decreases by itself his reputation

The remote control for the tv in one room didn’t work. The coffee in the room was instant. They went with a local company, but it was really awful coffee. For the price I paid, I would expect a higher quality than what was provided. The breakfast was nothing special. I have paid far less for higher quality. I expected my stay to be relaxed and luxurious, and it was just like going to the Novotel with a really nice view. I did not get a good value for the money.
The view from the room was fantastic.
