They says “free parking” but there is no free parking .. it just street parking and normally nearby streets are full. They have dishwasher but not a single dishwasher tab to use. No wine/ other glasses . only water glasses No shower gel

No lift but we knew that from the booking webside. I would recommend to update the booking room description and photos. It’s kind of confusing. First we got room without balcony which we wanted a booked. After a call they quickly gave us new apartment with balcony as promised. So no problem at all. Overall experience: good value for money. The apartment was clean. Just be careful while booking: if driving, consider that the building is in air clear zone and you need a green sticker to be able to drive there. We couldn’t get it as we booked the apartment last minute and had no time to buy it online and have it delivered to your home address , which is the best way to get it. You might buy it elsewhere but I just could get it.

The mattresses are not firm and the bed creaks. There is no window curtain in the living room / kitchen area, so it is too hot when the sun is shining. The living room / kitchen area is too small.

against some other reviews, the „check in“ was without problems. one telephone call with clear instructions opened all doors. There is no reception, no desk , nobody personally waiting. The area is maybe not everybody’s taste, but it’s good to anything in Dortmund. it’s located directly at the Borsigplatz. The is tidy clean, well equipped, all more or less new. The shower worked fine, the beds were comfy. For tall people, the bed end is wooden and hard. A kettle, a coffee maker , microwave and a oven is part of the 3 bed room. Around the corner, there is a bakery (4 minutes by feet) There is no elevator, when you rent room 7 you have to get up all stairs. recommend place to be

The apartment no 2 has no cabinet in the room and you can't hang any cloths. They could do with some intems in the kitchen like chopping board and potato Piller etc.. also in the bathroom no hook to hand cloths. The Room was quite big enough for 3 to 4 people.

The apartment was clean and not too far from a Train and tram station. Also 10min walk from supermarket the owner Betty was very helpful. Also the WiFi is very good. The apartment has a good TV with netflix

No internet!!!! in the apartment. The owner didn’t even take care of the most evident thing - to leave a paper with wife-net and password in the apartment somewhere! The cleaning woman didn’t speak English AT ALL, so she hardly understood me and what I wanted from her. They gave us the apartment on the last floor - apartment #7, and first it was a disaster: when we came in, there were workers in the window outside the balcony on the scaffolding - they were making a lot of noise, not paying attention to us. When I called this cleaning woman and asked her to give us another apartment (there were other 6 left, at least one of them had to be free), she said that she needs first to clean the apartment. I asked her to call me when we can move into another apartment, but she didn’t. So we stayed in apt #7. No one bothered to leave the Wi-Fi password in the apartment!!! There was NO connection to host/owner, who spoke English. I couldn’t wash my hair in the morning, as it was no hair dryer and pretty cold in the apartment. It was impossible to turn on the stove (induction cooker) and to cook dinner - there is no instruction on how to use it - or it may be out of order((( No knife for cutting, just the serving knives I would like to have the most necessary things that should be in the apartment: salt, sugar, some oil for cooking - but as the cooker didn’t work - well, there is no use in it anyway.

Typical plain and minimalist ikea-style apartment. There is a kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, plates, cups, spoons, forks, etc, but no knife!

Responsiveness of host upon arrival could be improved. Keys were in box at door but transferring the code by text msg took time. Could simply be done by email using booking.com.

There was a real puddle of water in the bathroom, maybe dripping from the heater, but enough to make my sock soaking wet. There was mold around the shower window.

The neighborhood was very good. Good price. Location good for us. Bright. Nice little kitchen. This is a very simple accomidation. We chose it because ut had 3 beds and was near where we had to be for 1 night.

Our stay was not we expected. One night was more than enough already. After the night, I was left with a terrible back pain for a week as the double bed was slightly higher in the middle and sloped to the sides. I would never imagine a bed like this. I had most terrible week with lots of pain afterwards. During the stay we did not feel safe or cosy at all. I am glad it was only for a night. Kitchen garden door was looking some sort of scary concrete place with lots of rubbish bins. I can definitely say that not suitable for a family stay. Kids were scared all night even us.

The property had the basics as in the bed and chairs and some stuff in the kitchen as promised although not bright or cosy. The wifi never worked and we definitely needed it.

It is advertised like with "free parking". However no parking is provided by the host. In his understanding "free parking" means that I can park on the streets for free. I ended up parking two blocks away. Not acceptable. There were better and cheaper options with "no parking". Advertisement listed like "garden view". "Garden" is pile of trash under the balcony and amazing view on the ghetto architecture. Floor in apartment is bent to the point it is hard to walk. Kitchen has a kettle and coffee machine but there is no electricity socket within reach from kitchen table. Extremely small sink in the bathroom. I didn't know it can be so small.

It was clean. Host is really trying his best to run it. However the building is just too old. Good quality of beds and sheets. Walking distance to city centre.
