We really like the setup at Town house Duderstadt. It is very cosy, clean and comfortable and we make great use of the shared kitchen. It is also very close to the centre of town. And this last stay we met the host who is lovely and a very good communicator!

Nothing it was perfect for us.

Location perfect, it had everything you needed with extra little touches. Such as a fridge with drinks and snacks for everyone to use and to leave the money honestly. Lovely idea. Very comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Little kitchenette with everything you needed. Definately will be coming back :)

The beds were saggy and some car drivers played loud music in their cars while parking with running motor in front of the building. This happened a few times during the night, but after midnight everything was calm. Also there was a notice urging us to give 10 Stars and that their bedsheets were not being taken care of professionally due to sickness of the person, but it was too obvious that this notice originated during the pandemic and just stayed there. Just a no go.

The location was superb, within just a few minutes we were in the cities centre. The house and all the rooms were in good shape and seemed being taken care of very well. Also the accessible garden in the back added to our felt comfort.

The age of the building says it all: the floor of the room was sloppy and elastic, the walls are thin and you can hear the other visitors running in the building. You have no breakfast but you can prepare yourself something in the kitchen or eat something in the cafeterias nearby.

Location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the old town. Room is clean and surprisingly modern for such an old building. The street was very quiet. It's a good ratio price/quality and the check-in - check-out process is well organised although you don't meet any personnel. I appreciated the bottles of water, beer and wine in fridge, for which you have to pay at the end of the journey; but the owners trust the visitors. I also appreciated the espresso machine in the room.

The bed was very near to the street level pavement. To have fresh air meant to have noise.

The flat was comfortable in every way I needed. The bed and bedding were high quality. Blackout curtains appreciated. Bathroom was adjoining the bedroom. It was good to have the use of a kitchen and garden space. Even the woman who came who came to clean as we were leaving was kind, offering to carry my suitcase down the stairs.

Nothing the only downside was having to watch SKY news as it was the only English speaking channel.

From opening the doors we were delighted with our choice of property and location. We found the shower incredible especially with the weather being so hot. The bed and facilities were everything we could have asked for. Also the well stocked drinks fridge with very reasonable prices was excellent. Communications with Rita were excellent. All in all a lovely holiday in a beautiful town.

Superb location at the Old Town of a wonderful small city. A small apartment for a couple, nicely arranged. Modern style. Perfect location to start for a night walk in the beautiful little city. Freshly baked rolls for breakfast just behind the corner. We stayed here for one night on the way to Göttingen - frankly speaking we liked this place much more then Göttingen. Very clean. A lot of handy tourist information available in the apartment. A shared kitchen available if you need to make some more serious cooking.

The stairs. My husband was in Duderstadt for cancer treatments. We were on the top floor. I had to carry all our luggage, groceries and laundry up and down steep stairs. I am 56 years old, small, female. It was challenging. If you are similar, request room on first floor.

The location was great. A few minutes walk to just about everything. I loved having a kitchenette so we could have our own food. The room was spacious and clean. Laundry available on main floor. Very reasonably priced. Great value for the money.
