No bowls so ate out of pan. No chopping board for food prep. Could do with a little more kitchen to function easier.

The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was soft in the middle and we rolled together. If one person moved the other bounced around. You could only access the bed from one side so getting in and out was a problem.

Floors were not clean, and there was no broom or mops to clean it. Bed was against the wall, not comfortable if sleeping in two. The room was cold when we got there.

The location was very convenient for us, even not in a central area. The size of the room was spacious.

If you get apartment 1-4? it seems fine, doors are in the alley, safe opens easily. BUT I got apartment 7 and: 1. it was hard to get the keys out of the safe 2. it's confusing how to get there, because of renovations. They said to go past cafe, but it seems like a bar to me? Besides, there's no "44" above the door and when you enter, the courtyard looks like you're not supposed to be there (that's why renovations made it confusing), so I immediately left thinking I got the wrong place.

The apartment is nice, no complaints. Just looks like in the photos. If you wanted to make coffee or tea, they had the capsules for coffee machine and tea bags. It was comfortable.

The 2 tub chairs were stained.

The location is great. Just about a hundred metres from the train station Luftbrucke. I love that there is a portable induction stove, even though I didn’t use it. I wanted to cook but ran out of time. I always look for a combination of stovetop, microwave and fridge at a property, and the apartment had all three.

Instructions for getting key from lockbox could have been emailed as was indicated. Instead had to log into booking.com and search for the instructions.

The location was excellent. Extremely close to subway stop, Viktoria Park, and an incredible variety of restaurants. The room was very functional if utilitarian. Bed was comfortable. Office was responsive to requests.

WiFi didn't work, TV only German channels. Upon check out a woman knocked on our door demanding to come in and clean. I showed her our message that said check out between 10-11 (it was about 25 past 10) and she just kept shouting 10. She even tried to push in. I told her 5 mins, to which she huffed and sat on our doorstep until we finished packing. We had to step past her to get out, she said nothing more to us but took our keys. Really odd behaviour and really soured the end of our stay there.

Getting into the room was a nightmare. We had received instructions about how to get to our room in an email, but that did not do us any good because we had no internet access at the time. A text message to our phone would have solved the confusion. As it were, we were standing in front of the main door, got our keys out of the lock box, and tried to get into the front door to what we thought was reception. It was only when my sister went around the corner to another street, which was not Fidicinstrasse, that she discovered numbers on the doors for the apartment. As I already said, instructions on how to get into the apartment at the time we booked, or a text upon arrival, or even a person on your phone who spoke English or German, would have solved the problem.

The room was comfortable and clean and in a good location.

The apartment was on the ground floor and overlooked an interior courtyard. Which made it quite cold and dark despite the period. A little difficult to find because the explanations were not clear enough for me. Luckily I found someone who could help me. Of course, that's just one of the many apartments they probably rent in Berlin.

I was there to see a festival at Tempelhof. The apartment was near. It was a big one, with a double bed in the living room and another room with 2 bunk beds. The bathroom was large enough, clean, and the shower was practically new and pleasant to use. 2 bath towels per person were provided, but no shower soap.

On the last night, we woke up to a smell of cigarettes that must have come from the flat next door as all windows were closed. The double bed is too narrow.

Confusion regarding keys. Got the code at the last minute. The code was sent to whats app only and not on email. Both would have been better as most of the communication was on email. In one of the room the shower was not working well and in another, the drain was not working. Also the shower lights were not working. It is difficult to get in and out of bed as the access to the double bed is only from one side. Since there is no receptionist to notify, if the person servicing the room can check the functioning before, it would help. The steps were hard to climb and a bar on the outside for an older person to hold while getting into the room would be a big improvement.

After many phone calls, got the code few minutes before checking in. Location was great for us as we wanted to stay in Kreuzberg. Near exceptionally good restaurants and easy metro access.

We had to call several times and leave a message that we had not received the key code. Thought we may have to seek another hotel. Instructions said that code will arrive 1-2 days earlier. shower was leaking and the drain was draining. No lights in the shower. Steps too high to get in the room. Can put a bar to hold while climbing the step. Not for older folks. Would be nice if the maintenance was done.

We did get the key code a minute before arrival time.

It is perfect for a short working stay - I would not recommend in case there is willingness to self cook as at least my room was not suitable for that. It is really on the street so there risk that it may get a bit noisy, however I didn't have issue in this sense.
