There is no air-conditioning in the room. It gets hot easily. The elevator is confusing. The signage is not nicely made. Reception is not available all the time. There is no food and drink or breakfast option.

Location is good. Easy access to train. The room is spacious. Staff is nice. Housekeeping clean everyday.

No air conditioning. I read about settlement troubles. But we haven't any. The host opened the main door remotely, we got keys and they worked in the room as well as at the entrance.

there were times where some sort of machine was running, we guessed it came from somewhere in the hotel since we didn’t see anything from the balcony. It got really annoying when we tried to sleep and kept hearing this machine, sounded like a huge washing machine.

this is my second stay and both stays were really comfortable. both times I asked for a room with a balcony since they view here is great and they definitely delivered. the small kitchen is also really useful and the bathroom is nice and clean.

We only had one card for the room and you need one card to run the electricity which made it inconvenient when the family split and did their own things.

The room was a nice size room. It had a small kitchen that we were able to cook some food. (There was no dish soap or sponge). The shower was extremely nice.

The wifi went off from the beginning of the night to the end of my stay, and no one fix it or reply to me till the next day close to the time I left the hotel. also, the cups in the kitchenette were not very clean.

There was a refrigerator in our suite, but it had accumulated so much frost in the little freezer compartment that the refrigerator door would not even shut. I was the paying guest, but I had to clean out the frost myself in order to begin using the refrigerator! Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not seem to be working. When I looked into it, I found that it was completely clogged with dirt and dust. Again, I cleaned it out myself so that we could have a properly ventilated bathroom. It is unacceptable that a paying guest should have to perform maintenance on his own suite! Please keep an eye on these small but important maintenance items. Finally, the suite had a kitchenette, but in the cupboards, there was only ONE coffee cup, ONE coffee (small) spoon, and ONE fork, two table knives, and two forks for guests to eat with. Please see to it that the suites' kitchenettes are fully equipped with at least four of each basic table utensils. Thank you.

Since we came to Frankfurt partly for the Weihnachtsmarkt, I appreciated that the Trip Inn Residence Mainufer was located only 1 km from it so that we could walk there. I liked the fact that we could open the windows to let in as much fresh air as we wished. I liked the basic arrangement of the suite including the upstairs location for the main bed. I liked the good internet service and good TV service in the room. The room was nice and clean. The towels and bed linens were nice and of good quality. Overall, I like the Trip Inn Residence Mainufer and I will consider staying there again the next time I visit Frankfurt.

Frankfurt- on the river hotel. it’s a great centrally located hotel next to iconic European Central Bank. close to central railway station and most of the tourist attractions. even though it’s on a very busy street due to 2 door window design it’s totally peaceful inside. Great customer service especially the lady receptionist who is very dedicated to her job and also very helpful. car parking at the property was additional help for me(euro-20/- per day extra). Room was clean fresh Lino s great mini kitchen facilities.

Since there's no reception like in most other places, there should be better instructions provided as to how to get inside the hotel and get room key. Couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Everything was just like in the pictures! We are a family of seven, we rented three rooms. The three of them were excellent. Spacious and well equipped. Beautiful view to the river side and a few minutes walking from city center.

Was put into wrong room. Called the night phone number coz there was no staff, the Indian guy from another side can’t speak proper English… also refused to give me the room I booked. It was very shockingly frustrating

The interior feels cheap and because there is a kitchen in the room it has a certain patina You can only get to your room by elevator and it didn't work the next morning Check-in did not work as announced, I had to call and in the end got in because the door was left open

The card of the room stop 2 to open the door 2 times in 2 days consecutive in the night when I came back to the hotel and at this time is not rezeption but you can call to number to fix situations like this. The first day the person at the phone in the night was nice but the second day I call again and the man that answer me the phone didn’t pay attention if what I was explaining to him about the key and he just said to me that is but Possible to give me another key very unfriendly and finish the call without here what i said I had to call 2 times more ttill another person took The call let me explain my situation with the card and finally after 30! Minutes I got the key and open my room

The did not looked like it had been cleaned before we checked in because the bathroom was dirty The housekeeper came into clean the room, even with the do not disturb sign hung on the door. To be fair the room was cleaner after that compared to when we checked in Our room (407) does not have a complete set of curtains to block the sunlight or provide privacy The cutlery and fridge had lots of strands of hair The TV's did not work

The location was good and the facilities were adequate for our short stay. It was easy to check in, considering we arrived in the evening. The WiFi connection was good.
