One of the staff was not really suited to welcome people to a hotel and give them the correct key to their rooms. The bathroom should be cleaned better

It was as expected a cheap little room, I would not recommend for longer than one or two days.

The Hotel was quiet, room was ok seemed clean, a little out of the way from the center but easy with the subway.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke and the furnishing was a bit off putting in its scarcity. Have seen comfier and cleaner bungalows than this hotel room.

Heavy tobacco smell, little dirty. Window was broken, fixed with tape. Tv was not working. No other lightning other than the ceiling light.

I booked a double bed room and was assigned a twin room; The wooden bed frames made loud squeeking noises each time you turned in bed, waking your partner; insufficient sound insulation, so cars passing in front of hotel throughout the night were very audible; cutains were not blackout; shower cubicle door was off its rails.

Free parking in the street in front of hotel. Not too distant from central areas. Flexible check-in/check-out times.

Dirty disgusting run down dump. Hair everywhere in my sink as if someone had just cut his hair in it. Shower head broke , I used a coat hanger to hold it in place. The smell was disgusting,it had been smoked in previous to my stay. Put side my room is a table and chairs with a huge full ashtray where some men sit and smoke all day .

The bathroom was a bit dirty and moldy near the ceiling. The room had a desk but no chair. The mattress under the sheet was dirty. Reception was not really helpful when I told them that they messed up my booking regarding the paid upgrade.

The reception was friendly and the WiFi was excellent. The location is close to the university and a lively street with cafés and restaurants. It's the cheapest hotel in that area. Parking spaces are available, even on the street.

It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at A hotel. Even for a budget hotel. I’ve stayed at hostels i third world countries with better facilities. The room looked like it havent been cleaned for weeks. It was dead bugs on the floor, tumble weeds of dust and to top it of it had bed bugs. So we had to check out. He offered A different room that looked exactly as bad as the first one we got. My boyfriend got bit by the bed bugs all over his body after sitting in the bed for 30 minutes. Which is the total time spent by us in that hotel. They shouldn’t be allowed to have a establishment.

There were construction work in front of the hotel. They made the payment so I was loud from 7am The receptionist had his door open and talked loudly and kept me awake as I had to let open the window as it was a warm summer day The kitchen was closed because of renovations and there was no option for a fridge

Very close to a public train station U-Bahn but very quiet place. It didn’t take look to go to the city of Hannover, just two more stops I had my own bathroom It was all very clean
