The only minus would be the cleanliness of the shower area (the glass shower doors and shower hose could use a bit of more attention).

The staff was really friendly and helped out with recommending some places to eat in the area, helped when the internet stopped working. The position is great, you are right in the central square, close to everything you might need and also few steps away from anything you might want to visit.

Location - in the heart of the city center, opposite to the Ulmer Munster church, less than 10 min walk from the Ulm Hbf (Central Station). Quick and easy check-in and simple check-out. Welcoming and very friendly personnel, informed about services and even gave recommendation on good restaurants in the area. Room - Budget Single Room is not big, rather slim, but for that price and short stay it is more than enough. The room is clean, quiet, equipped with modern good quality furniture. Bathroom is spacious, practically arranged and brightly lit. Small but nice touches - There are few minor details in the hotel's arrangement which indicates care about their guests and good sense of humor, examples: a few kilos kettlebell in the room (have never seen it in other hotels), N5 Chanel hand sanitizer (😉), Honesty Bar - a refrigerator filled with water and other useful drinks, located at the reception area, free to access 24/7, no card readers or logging system, based on honesty, pay at check-out. Neighbourhood - it is a city center with a good number of shops, cafeterias and restaurants.

Since the reception is on the 1st floor you have to leave your bike unattended while checking in - and there's nowhere to really lock it to. Not a big deal but there were some folks loitering right by the entrance which made me a bit nervous.

Nice room, great location close to the Münster, friendly staff, good breakfast, secure bike storage, reasonably priced, cooled drinks (bottles) available in the hotel. Overall a very good experience and recommended.

Incredibly nice staff who were happy to offer recommendations and help any requests. It really makes a difference in a hotel, so thank you very much for your kindness and support. The location is great, in the heart of Ulm town centre, next to the Münster. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel has even small terraces to enjoy the sunshine in good weather.

Bike friendlyness of hotel ! Top location. Staff very friendly! Very quiet room. Very nice decoration - only natural wood (massive, not fake) within hotel. Breakfast was really with love to deliver quality. Delicious !

location was excellent, just across from the munster. all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real hit, it had vegan options, a variety of smoothies, and much more fresh food than usually provided by hotels. Very pleased with the stay. Bike storage was double locked with CCTV, i felt very safe leaving my bike there.
