Location was awful with a lot of alcoholics around the property. Hotel was a bit far from the city centre. There was no transport to the city centre after a certain hour. Also not much restaurants or shops around. If you have a hunger midnight, there is just nothing than annoying alcoholics on the nearest streets.

Hotel itself was pretty good. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Overall good. Blinding curtains were excellent for people who wanted to have a sleep during the day and have a dark room. Bathroom was also clean and there were enough clean towels and paper towels.

I received odd phishing message from the hotel, upon questioning it they said not to follow it. Seems that a staff member must be sending these because it comes from the hotel itself.

One of the conditions for staying at the hotel was parking for a car. Parking was not provided. Unfortunately, I left the car in the wrong place, near the hotel. The hotel staff called a tow truck and did not even make an attempt to contact me, a hotel guest. They smiled sweetly and told me that it was only my problem.

Had an odd smell near the restaurant and there were stains on the carpet in the room. The single bed was a chair bed and was very uncomfortable

Maybe people around hotel are not that looking good, but they didn't make any problems.

The staff was so kind, room same as on pictures, very clean, and beds are very comfortable! Stations are all with 2 minutes walk, very good hotel for that price!

Parking situation is very poor. The hotel also offers a parking garage (paid) however the spots are very limited and require early reservation. As a women I had some trouble with opening the garage and required help from someone stronger than me, unfortunately the initial response when requesting help was that it’s not possible because nobody is available. In the end, somebody showed up to help. Also, the parking spot is very narrow and short so if you own a longer car like me, the garage door will likely not close.

It’s a great location only two stops on the U-Bahn. Great value for money and I have stayed in hotels that charge a lot more and aren’t half as nice. Facilities are good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here before and will stay again

The internet speed could be a bit higher but still enough for most of activities.

The neighborhood is not far from center, the room is nice and big, clean, bed is comfortable, sheets are clean, pillows are great, personnel is nice and the price is awesome!

First of all In rooms there is no water! At the request we wanted to have all bed separate. On checkin reception employees told us its not possible, when we entered room we saw that its a 2 single beds with 2 mattress merged, they just didnt want to split it. Housekeeping was entering in our room every morning! Every morning at 8 AM THEY WERE ENTERING ROOM AND ASKING IF WE NEED CLEANINg! In second night of our stay there was a fake alarm Sound whole hotel was evacuated, evacuation door was closed And guests were tried to Open it by themselves.

Shower couldn't be adjusted and just blasted water at your head, this was in room E012. The receptionist had a heavy cold and should have been omitted from service on that day. It's unpleasant to interface with someone who's got a cold.

New and refurbished hotel slightly on the outskirts of Dortmund. The rooms are very up-to-date with everything pretty much in it's place. There's a few bars (one down the street) and restaurants/take aways a little further. Overall a great place to stay in the city.

There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night. The exit door, however, was blocked by laundry containers on the outside, which made getting out of the building pretty difficult.
