The only thing I didn't like was the parking, which was a real "hunt". It says you have parking on place, but the place doesn't seem to have parking places as much as rooms. We arrived at 19 o'clock and had no parking lot. I asked the reception guy and he told me that I have to find a parking place on the streets. But finding parking in there is a real challenge! This is the only part I can complain! Everything else was more than ok!

All was ok, the rooms are big, clean, warm inside, quiet area. It was a good choice. When I come back cu Hamburg I will stay here again, with no regrets, the place is good!

The room we were in was tiny. Was a bit of a shock when we arrived for a 4 night stay. Was above the front door in the picture . The floors felt dusty. No kettle or coffee maker.

Good for local bus to S lines. Shops close by.

Rooms quite noisy, you can hear the busy street and the other guests. Room has no further equipment (toothbrush, cups, heater etc)

Location is not great. Kind of in a place you wouldn’t want to walk alone at night, no matter who you are. Not a fan of not being able to put a sign out that says you don’t want house keeping to come in - we didn’t really need it and definitely didn’t want it. No chain or secondary lock on the door which didn't feel that safe, especially when the area/hotel had such an eery vibe.

Room was pretty standard and clean. Staff were nice and check in guy was helpful. Wifi was good. Room was an ok size.

Housekeeping would show up very late in the day after I had returned to the room for the afternoon which was a bit annoying. The after hours code I was given to retrieve my key didn’t work and I had to call the support number twice before the picked up.

No elevator for kids push chair or so, as far as I have seen. No kettle in the room :( we saw one in the reception, but the reception is only available between 13-17 o'clock.

We came in late, automated key fetching worked great and room was well prepared, same for early checkout. No direct contact to staff needed. Luckily there was also a free parking spot on the street around the corner.

No airconditioning, it was a little bit hot, but we open the window and problem was solved.

Nice and calm nebourhood, it was easy to find a parking spot infromt of the hotel. All the instructions was exact and easy to follow. The property was clean and the stuff was nice.

The dust was all over, which spread also very fast when using the fan, which is very bad if you have allergy or asthma. You can see the dust very clear. The cleaning girl was very nice but i didnt ask her extra to clean the dust where it accumulates (over the bed - under the bed - over the counter - on the hair dryer....) One more small thing: the pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. I'm not looking for ultra comfort pillows with this budget but at least something average would be nice (like other moderate hotels)

The WiFi wasn't too good. It kept cutting out in the room and seemed to only work in the reception area. Also the WiFi was for mobile phones only.

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The room was also very comfortable which was great.

The heating towel rack and the hair dryer in the WC hadn't been cleaned and were full of dust. Also the stuff wasn't very fluent in English so the communication wasn't always good.

The hotel was nice, in a calm neighborhood, a bit far from the city center. I got "Dubai" room. It was warm, with big windows and soft bed. If you want to stay near Wilhelmsburg or Vettel area, it's totally recommended!
