We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot something that can be changed but the spa is in a location which requires a car to access. The taxi ride from the airport is about 40 minutes. It was still worth it
The Spa is superb not only because of its wide range of saunas and steam rooms etc but also because so much thought had gone into lounge areas, showers , lockers and restaurants. The hotel was really well integrated into the Spa experience and we especially appreciated the large day locker floor where you could store luggage after check out , use the spa and change . Staff were really helpful too. We will readily return

United StatesThe check in staff was a bit cold, and could definitely be more inviting. This was a bit off putting, but upon meeting the rest of the workers the feeling went away.
The location overall is great. The quality and decoration is amazing, the lounges, the saunas, the spaces are just amazing. The workers in the saunas and in the space area are awesome. The restaurant staff is also really great.

FranceI dine at the hotel restaurant, I was tired, and I would have preferred a wider food choice. Room's shower could have better water pressure to complete the relaxing atmosphere. It would have been great if the hotel provided some anti-mosquito devices to plug in the room: Having the garden outside, makes them enter your room very easily. For the rest, I loved everything.
What an amazing place! I got there by chance only because I was looking for an hotel close to certain destinations during a business trip by car. I liked it so much, that I would like to come back to enjoy it with more time and use the SPA as well. Congratulations on a very relaxing atmosphere and a very cool decor. Breakfast is fantastic, also the bedding, great sleep!

SwedenExtremely rude staff and overcrowded spa - i didn't mind but it would also be good to inform costumers that it's a NAKED spa before they pay!! Also the room itself is not that great for such a high price, and literally nothing else is included in the price, not even slippers for the spa.

GermanyFirst of all, they call themselves a spa hotel. But when you arrive you have to pay for each step: pool and sauna, they didn’t have even slippers in the room (cost additionally 5€). I mean, rooms are already not cheap, couldn’t they put basic slippers to the room. Plus we had no clue that it’s a public spa. Basically when we decided to go to spa we simply couldn’t find a chase lounge. And also everybody was naked: in the pool, roaming around naked…I mean minimum it’s not hygiene. Cleaning of the room was also really bad. I’ve complained and on the next they did better. Breakfast was also basic.
