How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

located in an industrial area with many shopping centers but if you have a car it is very convenient. Breakfast maybe a little expensive.

Exceptional facilities and very spacious room. Everything in pristine condition. The staff were very professional and the restaurant food was absolutely fantastic. Superb breakfast for the price charged.

There was literally nothing I did not like, and I am hard to please. I never right reviews but this hotel deserves one
One of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I have stayed in many, spacious, clean, accessible every detail has been thought about. Those things that iritate you in some hotels, none of them here, near perfect. Nice big rooms, good sound proofing and a good view from upper floors.

The restaurant food was mediocre at best. The waiter who served us could barely be bothered to do her job. We got 'special' New Year/Christmas menu by accident, but surprise surprise, it's identical to the normal one. Hotel was good, but restaurant not very much, your milage may vary.
Goldilocks location for Dusseldorf airport: close enough to the airport, but far enough to not have any airport noise. Very recently renovated, all clean and tidy. The mattresses are decent, but not stellar. You can buy drinks and snacks 24H a day. Breakfast was pretty decent. Plenty of parking space. For ones who wanted it, there is an automated check-in/check-out.

This time I had a room where the bed was positioned in the middle of it, many hotels do it now, it’s a nice view out of the window in the morning but that’s it. It is not practical, nowhere to put anything to the side like phone, etc. You can only put stuff on the top which falls off when reaching for it. Obviously they like the design but it’s not practical. When I stay next I will ask for a room that has back against the wall and side tables, waste of a rooms space I think.
The hotel is great as always, good bar, good breakfast, light and spacious, professional staff

Everything was great, we had no issues during our stay. Would recommend this hotel especially the nearby location to the airport.
The rooms were very spacious and nice. Staff was very helpful. Parking available for free. 7 mints drive from the airport terminal. Nearby tram station that is less than 20 mints to the downtown. Also nearby stadium and shopping centers.

The one lift was out of order which made waiting for the one lift a bit of a hassle.
The family suite was a good size with two bedrooms, with a full bathroom.

You would not choose the hotel for its location, but a great base to explore city if coming by car

Coffee machine in the room didn't work.
Spacious family room with a great view on two sides of the the room from the 9th floor. Good parking lot with lots of EV charging spots. Walking distance to the ISS dome for an ice hockey game.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and free parking. The restaurant is excellent. With the tram it takes about 20 minutes to the city centre. Highly recommendable.

The beds were fantastic as was the breakfast buffet.
It was clean and very comfortable. The building was being renovated but it didn’t distract from a very pleasant stay.

Towels were nearly threadbare. Bath mats had loose strings hanging out of them. So strange as the rest (sheets, bedding etc) top level.
