Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was good. Bed comfy. Hot shower. Quiet room (rooms facing the main road may still have low level noise when trams pass by, but you cannot hear anything from rooms next to you). Good location 10 minutes walk to Munich Hbf and the tram station is right outside.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We had an excellent night's sleep and enjoyed using the powerful shower. The Italian restaurant is very good and the free spritzes welcome. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The junior suite was very big and comfortable for 3 of us. The reservation staff was very efficient in upgrading my booked twin room to junior suite at short notice when an additional guest decided to join us. Best of all the suite room was offered at a very good rate! We are very pleased with the service. Very happy with 2 washbasins in the bath and long shelf on top of washbasins. Design of room is perfect.

SloveniaIn front of the hotel is a tram station and trams are loud. If you are a light sleeper it can be disturbing. Ask for a room that is not facing the main street. Other than that there is nothing else to complain.
In front of the hotel is a tram station with good connections to other parts of Munich. The main train station is within walking distance and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big enough for a family.

My stay was amazing. This is only about a 7 minute walk from the main train station and 9 minutes from the main bus station. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. Lots of storage space. Bathroom was spacious and had a good amount of counter space. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.

For rail travellers the location is excellent, 10 minutes' easy walk from the main railway station. It is also fairly central with easy access to public transport. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very new and the rooms and facilities are very good. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. Good value for money. Stay there!
