Room was very good also the breakfast. Pity that the carparking was about 300 m. away. The reception was to little.

No shower curtain in bathroom. Some of the staff could have been a little more helpful. Sometimes met with blank stares when asking simple questions. Reception closing at 10pm. If you get locked out....you stay locked out.

The rooms are spacious and clean with a kitchenette, table, chairs and comfy seats. The rooms are quiet, also at night, and although we were next to the elevator, we didn't hear any noise. The breakfast was better than expected with scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, different spreads, juices, pastries and much more. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of the city center and railway station, and there is public parking around the corner at 13 euros a day.

We almost everyday have to go to reception to reactive the door card.

The dining room was a bit cramped, we had to sit with strangers.

The room was modern and clean, we had to park in the multi strorey car park about 5 minute walk. Very freindly personnel. Breakfast was very good .

WiFi is terrible during the night, no signal at all!!!!!!! Pillows thin like biscuits made our sleep uncomfortable.

Good location for accessing the Messe/conference centre, as well as being close to downtown. A wide selection of fresh food for breakfast. Good location for running routes, with Burger park and the Weser river bank nearby.

The room does come with a kitchenette as advertised BUT apart from the basin, the kitchenette is non-functional because you cannot use the cooktop, there is no cookware, not even a kettle. I expect I can boil water to make a cup of warm drink with a kitchenette in the room.

Location was perfect for our purpose. Room was clean, quiet, modern and spacious. Easy and fast to check in and out. WIFI was inconsistent, sometime good but sometimes slow.

if you arrive earlier, even if the room is ready, the hotel request an early check-in payment, this is the first hotel when I had this situation, if you arrive early, go and drop the luggage they can take of it, and go out to know the beautiful town

Room1 had someone else's clothing still there, changed room and floor a little dirty, but with leaking sink and shower (leaves a big puddle), however, staff is willing to help the best they can and very nice. So at the end I still give a good rating

No dining places are open late in the evening, neither in the hotel nor around the hotel. The parking lot is not far away, but the loading space in front of the hotel is severely limited.

The room is perfect. Everything is clean, functional, and elegant. The breakfast is a good German breakfast without porridge but with an omelet. The coffee is of great quality. The hotel is located relatively close to the old city center, which is a benefit.

Room did not have a kitchenette as advertised when booking. The internet was tricky, only accessible via a qr scan in the reception and then a few steps. My MacBook could not connect.

Very nice room and set up, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On request we were provided a small kettle to make tea in our room.
