All staff was VERY nice and helpful. The interior design is, as one might assume, extraordinary. Common lounge space at the lobby. Spectacular breakfast! There's a simple gym and a sauna. Located in the heart of Leice HQ and pretty close to Wetzlar.

I booked half board, there was no choice in terms of dinner and they even couldn't tell me what I was having to eat an hour before my meal. It felt that being on a "package" made me second rate - by far the most disappointing aspect of my trip. Additionally, I asked the receptionist to book me a taxi, I was very clear that I needed one who could receive card payments as I had no cash. The taxi came but without a card machine meaning we had to take a detour to a cash machine - a lack of attention to detail by the receptionist that detracted from a great stay.

A really cozy hotel wit a great design and accomodation. The art exhibit on the wall were great. And the people nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and design. A place to stay and enjoy to visit the Leica museum and headquarter. Metzlar is also worth a visit.

Wifi dropped every 15 minutes. Eventually we downloaded the entire movie from Netflix and did not use the wifi.

Very comfortable bed, quiet location, great breakfast and marvellous dinner at reasonable price -- we opted for half-board.

This is the 2nd time staying in this hotel. The room and breakfast are still good as before. 1. This time the room has electric kettle. It's good. 2. The concept is good to provide free snacks when skipping the house keeping.

The breakfast buffet is quite expensive, especially if you do not want to have a large breakfast. There was a background noise from the air-conditioning in the room as well, but not loud enough to disturb our sleep. There is a bus service to/from the town but it is not frequent, especially in the evenings.

The hotel is part of the Leitz Park, with the Leitz museum and gallery, where Leica cameras are made, and this was one of the main reasons for our visit. The whole complex is very modern, and the hotel is well appointed. Our room was very comfortable, and by booking ahead, very reasonably priced. Wetzlar has a beautiful old town which is very much worth a visit.

WiFi was on and off. Not good if needing to work. Only other issue was the Leica museum was a let down. Far too small and only a few things to see. The main building had all the historical items and better layout.

The room is clean in general, however, I did find a blond hair on my towel while I am drying my face, which shocked me a bit (neither one of us are blond), the bath tub is covered with dust. Sleeping area and couch area are spotless.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, like the variety of breakfast, restaurant staff are very friendly and willing to help at anytime. We booked 2 rooms, both have wonderful view of the whole Leitz-Park, one of it is car themed room, which is a big surprised to me. The staircase in hotel exhibit beautiful photos as well, there are hidden surprised to find. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My partner and I have already stayed at the Leitz Hotel a couple of times. We were always very happy with our stay. The staff was always exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were tidy and clean. This time we also tried the gym and were surprised by the facilities. We will be back!

Location is perfect, if you like also photography, the museum next door is very good. Rooms are comfortable and easy to navigate. It is my go to place when traveling. Parking is easy and available.
