Really good property in a perfect location. Staff at hotel were excellent. Breakfast very high standard. Evening meals were all also excellent. Cannot fault the Belvedere other than a very minor point that maybe it would be good if they had USB charger sockets in the room.

The price per night is quite steep and also the room size is very small.

The location is really great being close to the main railway station and also to the beach. The breakfast is really nice with many options to try out and with a tasty coffee.

Furniture in the room felt a little dated, but this did not bother us. Many rooms have a balcony, but we got one that didn't (210). As we booked late, we had expected this though.

Location was great. Breakfast fantastic. Friendly staff at reception and at breakfast. Beds comfortable and room had everything we needed.We only booked two days ahead and we felt very lucky to find something this nice.

Excellent location - the accommodation is by the coast. They upgraded our room for free. The room is clean, spacious. Friendly staff. The choice of food at breakfast is varied and delicious. They also have covered parking, which is extra charged.

The mattress was a little worn and not as xomfy as the rest of the apartment.

The location is fantastic as is all the facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated next to the prominade and gives easy access to the quaint little town. The apartment is spacious with lots of room for movement.

Perfect location at Strandpromenade. Beautiful old villa building with modern rooms. Very good breakfast and the staff was also helpful and flexible. Liked our stay in Binz.

The room was too small taking into account the size of the bed. It was difficult to move around the room and there weren't enough surfaces to put even the objects belonging to the room. The hotel doesn't have any beach chairs, but you can still rent them from the Youth Hostel two buildings ahead.

Very good location close to the beach. The hotel consists of 2 buildings with one of the buildings facing the beach and the main one facing the other side. It is only 10 minutes away on foot from the main train station. A lot of restaurants and nice cafés nearby. The bed was super comfortable and very big.

The room was a little dark and cramped. It looked on to balconies and rooms in a building a couple of meters away. I felt my stay was overpriced for this reason.

The location was perfect: access to the beach was just outside the door. Breakfast was lovely too, and the staff were very friendly.

Very Friendly Staff & Good Breakfast. The hotel located near everything (beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket). The parking is 100 meters away from the hotel (15 or 20 euro per 24 hrs). Thanks for a great stay.

Great, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, great size bathroom, super location. We even got a daily 5 Euro voucher to use in the restaurant as we opted to not have the room cleaned!

we were in a family room & 2 slept on sofa bed, it was ok. Room had small kitchen & table - plenty of space for lounging.

Only thing that could have been better is the bathroom. With the heat, it was basically cooking in there and unbearable after a shower, even if you had the fan running.

We had the best stay, the staff was amazing and the room was nice. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything. Breakfast was top notch and dinner in the restaurant was worth every penny.

Rather expensive rooms and moderate comfort.

Best location on the waterfront, but the rooms had no view at all. The window looked out on another big building which was only 2 meter away. There was no airco.

Little details missed- No soap in the bathroom, not enough towels, vacuum provided was very dirty and inefficient to clean up the sand tracked in from the beach. And one smaller inconvenience- no lift.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect beachfront location within walking distance to everything. The apartment was spacious and nice. The parking was close and convenient as well.

AC is really not common in Germany so it’s understandable there isn’t any. But a fan in the room would have been nice - the 3rd floor room got very hot during our stay in late June.

Everything was great, expecially stuff. We felt like at home. Nicola and Peter that taking care about restaurant were really kind. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Parking place, beach, restaurants really close to hotel. Breakfast are also very good.
