We had a lovely and big family room - the sleeper couch was fully made when we arrived. We were really pleasantly surprised by the location, size of the room and the overall amenities. Breakfast was awesome and presented by a really nice and kind lady who took a lot of interest in our boys. We will definitely stay again when en route to Switzerland.

For check in you need your phone - but in the lobby the signal is very weak. Therefore the check in can be an adventure if you need to proof f.e. your credit card online.

I didn't like the fact that I booked the room on Booking.com, but then had to download another app to do the check-in .... I wrote to the hotel and said this was annoying and they suggested I did my check-in in their electrical system on arrival, which I did and it worked. The questions one has to fill out however for check-in I found annoying and too much

Breakfast was good, not a huge buffet but there was good food. Not much choice for vegans/ vegetarians.

It was a perfect sized room , the check in process was super easy . The staff were very helpful , even going past their time of duty to stay and help. We loved the breakfast most of all , especially the Kollegin who was working there , who was always ready with a smile . I completely forgot to ask for her name .

The shower is really small; not sure if it was just the room we stayed at. I would have paid a bit more to get a bigger shower had I known.

Location is right in the city of Walldorf and only 15-20min drive to Heidelberg. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even though our room was right next to the main street, it was quiet after midnight. Breakfast was nice (although I was a bit disappointed that there were no scrambled eggs; only the boiled ones). You need to download an app to open the door and we were a bit worried since we arrived late, but thankfully it worked.

Everything is clean and so cozy. The breakfast was more than enough and really tasty. The parking space is under the hotel and comfortable. The digital check in is easy and its very 21th century. 🙂🙂

A phone app is required for digital check-in. This works, however can perhaps be a bit difficult for the first time. The room was a bit warm, although the hotel provided a fan.

Very nice and clean room. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of different choices and friendly personnel that is doing their best to provide a good service. Good location with restaurants in the neighborhood.

- the elevator let me feel scared but for anyone who is not suffering from being extremely claustrophobic like I do, this fact will be completely random

- easy access from the highway - enough parking spaces - located in the center of Walldorf - exceptional bars and restaurant in 1min foot walk - bright, modern rooms with coffee and tea machine and also free beverages from the cooler - unbelievable comfortable, high quality beds, real incredible deep sleep is possible - booked a room with balcony which I highly recommend - outstanding breakfast, small choices of highest food quality (local and homemade stuff as well) - fresh coffee served as much as you want - Fiza (you will meet her before having your breakfast) is such a beautiful soul, a girl who is doing her job with all the passion and love I’ve barely experienced before
