Beautiful hotel in a superb location! We were very fortunate to have room #30 right next to the canal with birds singing and 4 marvelous windows to enjoy nature. Steps away from the marvelous UNESCO site!

My WiFi didn’t work. And there wasn’t a lift. But the nice gentleman carried my luggage up.

WiFi signal was weak in our room.

So this is a very nice hotel with a superb location right next to the old city. The breakfast was really tasty and full of choices. Staff was very polite too. Facilities, parking, areas, room size, everything was top. Even when we faced an issue with our room, the hotel came with a fair and satisfactory solution.

although they gave me a kettle I do feel especially in winter a coffee / hot water vending machine available in lobby would be a great idea!

The location is excellent for getting around Bamberg. There was both outdoor and underground parking connected with a lift. There is the possibility of breakfast inside and there is a resturant too. A great welcome and attention for our son.

We were on the third floor, no elevator. It wasn't bad, but my knees are. I would have appreciated an elevator.

Air conditioning didn’t work. We told the front desk and it didn’t get fixed. I didn’t sleep well as a result.

This accommodation was of excellent quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was just a few minutes walk from the beautiful old part of Bamburg. Underground parking at the hotel was very convenient.

Minor nits: - The gym is not worth mentioning. A treadmill (which you don't really need since you're close to a very big park for running) and a stationary bike in a corner that you cannot access. They might swap the spa area for a bigger gym. - The bathroom has an odd design. there's a big jacuzzi type tub squeezed in and the toilet is crammed behind the door. Nothing big, though, but a bit odd. - I'd like some USB ports in the room to charge today's stuff.

The hotel is in a great location, right in downtown. Rooms are spacious. The place is clean and there is really good breakfast. It's convenient that they have good parking. Everyone was very friendly. This is a great hotel to spend a few days in Bamberg.

Parking charge of $18 a bit high. Very narrow, curved and steep single lane ramp to underground garage.

The shower was very clean and worked well ,however it was a bit tired and could do with a small re vamp .

The location was excellent, a few 100 yards from the Altstadt . Parking at the hotel was underground and secure €18 so very good value . There was a fantastic choice for breakfast. Definitely recommended for an overnight stay
