Rooms in main building are below the ground floor. They still get enough light, have a balcony and are comfortable. If you like a room in the UPPER floors, specify your booking in the adjacent building and double-check your request.

(Both of the) TVs were a little outdated. Would have been nice to be able to stream movie content via Apple TV or similar streaming possibilities. Then again, we did not come here just to be watching TV 📺…

we went for the luxury option, by choosing the junior suite. Darn, I did not expect such a nice room at reasonable rates. If you want to surprise your better half to a luxury stay with honest food/incredible dining options and a nice sauna: don’t think again, just book here.

Lovely. Quiet. Big room with balcony over the small water stream below. We really felt like welcomed guests, reception and service, super friendly Delicious food!!! high class with super reasonable prices. Breakfast: everything you can think of was there including very original health juices, homemade marmalade’s, so very delicious.

Very hard mattresses. No airconditioning.

Classy in a bit of an old-fashioned way. Friendly, stylish staff with attention for detail. Very wel furnished rooms with everything you need, up to bathrobes and slippers. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice if somewhat expensive restaurant. We only stayed one night on a stopover but wouldn’t mind coming back for a long weekend.

The restaurant serves very nice food and has friendly staff. The room had a balcony facing the park, with the gentle sound of the stream below it was just perfectly relaxing. The breakfast was super.

It was just a pity that we could not get any spa treatments as there was no availability.

Hotel was superb, top class finishes and the dinner was out of this world! If there is one thing any guest must do, is have dinner at the hotel. You must book as it does get full quickly. The spa was also great and can be used by all guests of the hotel. Breakfast was a treat. There was so much to choose from, all home made, fresh and delicious.

The mattresses felt too soft and the fitness centre could be setup better.

The room was neat and clean. Breakfast had a large variety of very tasty food. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing and the service was really good too. The fitness centre is very small and basic. You can only manage a light workout in it. The spa area has a jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, a tecaldarium and foot baths. It's not a large spa area but it's good enough. Overall the stay was very good value for money.
