Bathroom quite small - definitely one at a time.

Very interesting, modern and a slightly quirky hotel. Compact room but fine for an overnight stay. Lovely bar on the roof. Charitable aims admirable and we were pleased to support them. Short walk to central station and my husband delighted to watch trains from the rooftop bar! Good shower.

Some noise issues however this is down to residents although a metal roof panel in the room would vibrate when an exterior door was shut which was slightly annoying.

Good location for railway station very new looking with a contemporary feel which was a nice touch.

Nice vibes and cozy place. It's quite clear that they arrive for sustainability and try to apply it to every step of the customer experience by offering high quality food, great facilities and attention to the choice of products they use. Even the pen you find in the room is sustainable. The hotel has a nice rooftop too.

Very friendly welcome. Everything clean and excellent security. Good bathroom and shower. Nice roof bar and terrace, although this was very busy on party night before public holiday.

My room decor was weird with funky flying paper maché sculptures, I really wanted plain concrete walls after a busy day seeing art and walking the streets.

Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a little edgy, 2 blocks NE the streets are very sketchy, just keep your wits about you, but 2 blocks NW and you feel like you're in another city.

Walking around in the area of the hotel at night may be a bid dodgy (like close to central train stations everywhere!)

Quirky place with lots of flavour and attitude. Good vibes and well-designed rooms. Very central location (next to train station, but quiet nevertheless! Highly recommended!

Even though the building is new, it oddly seemed worn off in a bad way. Lights weren’t working, our room was very cold and we had issues with water pressure. The all-vegan breakfast was a expensive culinary surprise, in a bad way. Coffee machines not working in the morning rush also not optimal.

They had just opened when we arrived in our own car. It was complicated to unload the suitcases in front of the hotel. The hotel doesn't offer parking. There is public parking close by, but you cannot prebook. It is a very plant-based breakfast buffet. I would like there to be more non-vegan options. It's important to remember to order your eggs; they are cooked to order and are not at the buffet. There is no refillable water bottles or reusable cups for water in the room - remember to bring your own. There is only Wi-Fi in public areas, not in the rooms. It's not a problem for us as we have a sufficient mobile data package, but for some, it might be.

It has a nice design, an environmentally correct philosophy, and multiple spaces with the possibility to work away from home. The location is good - close to public transport, so it is easy to get around. The room isn't big, but I got what you need for a short stay. The bathroom is nice and functional. The bed is okay and comfortable.

The hotel staff are friendly. Check in & out were smooth. The room is very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Incredibly hard beds. Lack of relief surfaces and full-length mirror. The vegan breakfast was a steal , not worth the price. Go out to a cafe instead is a hot tip.

Hallways to the elevator seem a bad planning, to narrow when you open doors. Pillows uncomfortable. Small rooms with very low ceilings.

Cool energy, convenient location, lovely staff. Solid breakfast. Nice view from the bed.
