We were surprised with a room upgrade (always a good start). I enjoyed a solitary morning swim in the beautiful pool/spa area, and we were treated to an astoundingly large and good breakfast in the morning. A very nice hotel, decked to the nines for the holiday season.

Every single point of contact with hotel staff, facilities, bar, breakfast were great. We made a last minute booking on our way to Italy and liked it so much that we will certainly be back.

Children are allowed in the spa and there is no supervision regarding this. The children were loud and yelling. Also, as a side note, maybe its a good idea to tell the staff preparing the breakfast to not stare (in an annoyed/angry manner) to the guest's when they are getting their breakfast. Very uncomfortable.

Unsupervised children in zen indoor pool playing tag. Screaming and splashing kids is not zen. Recommend Meiser Vital Hotel go to adults only!

The buffet line was crowded at breakfast. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom. The glass wall on the tub is a poor design for showering. There was water everywhere..

Great hotel and facilities. Special kudos to the team running the hotel, extremely friendly and accommodating, travelling with the small children that is not always a given. Food at the restaurant and breakfast were also great.

I was hoping for a relaxing spa week, however there were no rules at the spa area on keeping the noise levels to a minimum. Kids were running around and jumping into the pool, parents yelling at the kids, people taking phone calls loudly, etc made it not such a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Some pillows have a problem with using it. (no function at all) The manu of a restaurant 'watercress' needs modification. It is too expensive compared to the quality.

there was no air conditioning at room and it was bit hot during night. we opened the window/door to get cooler wind in but it was bit noisy because the location of our room was just one floor above the restaurant where people were talking and loud.

All staff are friendly and kind. Restaurant are great. Pool was perfect (Temperature of pool was warm enough).

The dinner staff totally didn’t have their act together the way a top notch staff usually does. Their English was poor and this caused a ton of confusion. The maid just walked right in to our the morning we were leaving and didn’t hesitate- felt like a major invasion of privacy.

Fabulous- the breakfast staff and the food selection were super!!!!! The pool was also very nice and warm

I arrived late so I didn’t used the spa etc,,, I even asked for a glass of Sekt remember last time with my friend we got some (nice memories…) the lady at the reception told me I didn’t booked the wellness package!!!! I couldn’t believe it!!!! paying 139 Euros per night arriving late and checked out next day 11am!!!!! wow i can pay for a drink but when I asked for welcome drink - as I do very seldom but traveling alone I felt tired and it was a spontaneous decision to stay over. Next morning there was no shower nor conditioner there to wash my hair!!! when I checked out and mention that, the receptionist showed me a shower gel and asked you didn’t had any. she just said sorry “fuer das Versehen” ,,,, that was it got the bill ,,, and that was it! The spa is useable during the time your there :( Seriously, I was disappointed,,,

staff was not helpful at all. we arrived at 10pm and no chance to find anything to eat. a 4S rating hotel should guarantee minimum services 24 hours. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable

We had the suite, which offered comfortable sleeping arrangement for family of four. The toilet was extremely small and it was impossible to shower without splashing water on the floor, which is quite uncomfortable for a group of four people. If you are sensitive to noise you may get annoyed by the white noise from the street near by.

The staff is really trying hard to manage with enormous amount of work. There was misunderstanding about our dinner which was kindly and professionally resolved by mrs Kaspar.
