The only thing that was a minor issue was the hotel check-in time; after 17:00 hours. We arrived early and had to wait til 17:15 hours to check-in. We were eager to use the bathroom facilities. Again, this wasn't a big deal, just a little inconvenience.

The room was small but everything in the room was clean and in great shape. Only stayed one night while traveling to our final destination, so room size was not an issue. The hotel provided a nice breakfast.

Breakfast room was not where are you would expect it to be in relation to the food presentations of the evening before, but having said that it was very good once I found it

Pleasant modern spacious hotel with beer garden and range of food all of a good standard Good location, parking available easy to find and neat and tidy walking distance of the town, supermarket et cetera nearby

it has been nicely renovated in the past year or so. Very convenient for walking down into Landsberg. The staff were pleasant and helpful where necessary. Our room even had a kettle and cups which can be unusual in smaller German hotels. The bathroom was very clean and well fitted, also recently renovated with plenty of hot water

There was no AC, but given the region it's understandable. Our fault that we traveled in the midst of a worldwide heat wave. Fans in the rooms would have helped.

Very friendly staff. Much nicer than previous night's stay in another hotel. Liked that there was a biergarten and restaurant on site. We enjoyed both.

Getting in touch with somebody was challenging. Doors were locked so we went into restaurant entrance and was ignored. After several phone call attempts we were able to reach someone able to speak English who then unlocked the door. Once we got into the hotel, there were no problems.

Great room for the price. Clean accommodations with coffee/tea in room. Easy walk to downtown area.

Curtains at an angle with didnt black out very well. Faint hum of airconditioner or similar. But i am being petty. Neither really bothered me and the good far outweighs very minor pickiness

In our first (nice room) there was constant noise coming from a generator that was on all night. The vibration were even perceptible through the bed frame. We were then given another room, where the noise was less audible but sadly still constantly there. This tainted an otherwise nice stay.

very friendly and caring staff and nice, clean and functional facility. I forgot my bangle in the hotel room and the staff bent over backwards to look for it and sent it to my home by post. Easy and kind communication.

The room was a bit small and we could hear some noises from one of the other rooms early in the evening, but not enough to keep us from sleeping.

The staff were very friendly and professional, especially the manager. The hotel room was good for our stay and the hotel was perfectly located, allowing us the chance to easily walk into and explore the old town. We really appreciated the parking too. The restaurant was good. Overall it was a very nice stay.
