Furniture is quite old. Fridge was very noisy, do I had to turn it off over night.

The top floor is under the roof (Dachgeschoss), therefore my room’s bathroom didn’t have a shower. The bathtub was squeezed in under the lowest part of the ceiling, making it impossible to stand up to shower. Even when kneeling in the bathtub could result in one hitting his/her head against the ceiling and the overhead window wasn’t wide enough to increase the headspace adequately.

Convenient location close to the Gronsdorf commuter (S-Bahn) station. My room was in the top floor to the rear and therefore quiet enough. Friendly and helpful receptionist.

Fees could be more transparent. Specifically, breakfast was not included. However breakfast was very good and convenient and comfortable. Also like other Stays, traffic noise levels outside are high, making it necessary to keep windows shut.

Location initially seemed distant from Munich center. But it was reassuring to return to such a nice orderly neighborhood in the evening.

Location wasn't so good, because it took us up to ten minutes to walk given that we had heavy luggages. If you have no luggages, location is fine, if you have, it is gonna be a bit trouble.

Staff were very responsive, helped us a lot and provided us a baby kit for free of charge. Overall considering October fest, it was not a bad choice.

I requested 1 double bed but we got twin, however that wasn't an issue at all.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Great communication in English. We got excellent instructions how to use public transport. Location is great, good connections to the town centre by train. Room was nice, clean and quite big. There also was a fan and mini fridge.

Location. Easy to find. Near the Riemer park where there is a Parkrun. Dog friendly.

To much traffic noice will not let you sleep at night. I couldn’t sleep at all. Old windows and not soundproof at all. couldn’t close one of two. No air condition makes the room to hot in summer.

Hotel located on main road. close to buss stop and several shops. Rooms are clean og have enough space. Private parking spot outside the hotel. breakfast was really good!

Our room was on the top floor and was as expected hot in summer. We wir provided one small table fan which was not sufficient. We asked for another but it was not available.

Hotel is clean, silent and comfortable. There is a bus stop in front of it and also 6-7 mins away from S-Bahn station. Staff are friendly.

The bathroom was clean but the shower needs a repair because water was coming out from tap and from shower at the same time but one can take shower. And as long as it is clean it does not make any problem.

Location is good, staff was very friendly and good. Check-in was easy and car can be parked at hotel but it is mostly full and can park free in the street at the back.

- Room was not sound proof. We had few noisy neighbors. - The blanket and pillow was not very comfortable.

- Staff were super friendly. Let us check in 3 hours in advance for free. - Room was very spacious with a stable and fast internet access. Our room had a small fridge and kitchen which was great. It had also a long desk which made it great for working. - Free open parking at the hotel resort

The hotel was locaed very near to bus stop. Lots of nearby option for food. The room was spacious n clean. The owner and staff was very helpful. They guided us for the Munich trip and we received gift for easter.🙂 Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Hotel is right by a road, there is no a/c and the room was noisy with the windows open. The furnishings and room were dated.
