It’s crazy hot at night with no AC

Lovely staff especially on arrival by a young Spanish man who spoke great english an had awesome tips for the city an travelling, awesome breakfast which was served by the sweetest lady. The room was very spacious. The beer garden restaurant was the best pork I’ve ever had an has a playground for the kids.

beds: really do not like as a couple not to have a big bed. two small beds pushed together is very annoying with the hole in the middle. (road side was not an option for us, we do like to have a quiet night). It seems though that it is something common in certain places, still that was the only bad point for us: beds/covers duvet: still trying to figure out why each person have a small duvet, definitely not the best to enjoy our night as a couple. We actually did not sleep well due to the two small beds and two little duvets. We would have had a perfect night with a big bed and a bid duvet, only bad point of this very nice place.

it was well placed (we went for an event so 5 min walk for us which was extremely convenient) and quiet, breakfast was really good and the lady serving the coffees was very nice and smiling although she had so much to do. Room was big which really was a plus and on the garden/terrace side so extremely quiet, the bathroom had a great size and it was so bright due to the velux which made the bathroom just beautiful, reception was extremely nice and helpful. I Would definitely recommend people to stay there.

some of the furniture in the room was dirty/stained or run down (desk chair's coverings were ripped), room cleaning was minimal, used water glasses were not replaced or cleaned for second night

The parking space is limited and to find a parking somewhere else is difficult. There is a restaurant in the same building. I did not know where to park and asked somebody who was smoking outside from the restaurant. He replied that he had nothing to do with the hotel and replied rude.

I got a upgrade and ended up in the one of the most luxury suites of the hotel. This upgrade was given by Booking.com because i book a lot of hotels with them. It was a great suite but normally I never had booked this suite.

There were big, smelly bugs in the room. The fridge only had 2 small bottles of water. No tea, no coffee no nothing. The staff at breakfast were really rushing to take off everything right before the time. The pillows were horrible, literally flat, etc. I honestly think they should improve a lot considering the price of the room and the stars given.

The reception staff was really nice, especially the lady working the late evening
