The parking is not easy to find, should have better signs. Also, if you are exiting you need to go out from the car and run to the checking point outside. The staff said the see you from the cameras and open, but it was not like that

Housekeeping staff difficult to communicate with. Twice we asked for delaying housekeeping by 15 min until we leave room, both times they ended up skipping it all together

Rating not as high bc I prefer firm beds. The bed was too soft. The bathroom shower stall wall should be extended. Every shower the floor was soaking wet and they only provided 1 large towel and 2 have towels.

The room was quite small for two adults and a kid but ok if you only need it for sleep.

It was clean and at an ideal location if you want to use public transportation. Nice buffet breakfast. Also there is a gym inside

As others have said, beds and pillows extremely soft but this comes down to personal preference! Highly recommend bringing your own pillow if you can. Elevator is very small, not an issue just something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage or there is more than 2 of you.

It was overpriced (Oktoberfest period). We had a baby (6 months old) and was placed on the third floor. The elevator did not work for two consecutive days and we had to bring the baby carrier up and down for three floors. Also, the front entrance has stairs, but the back entrance did not. The hotel staff saw us going in and out from the front - only a kind one, the last day, told us about the back one. However, we forgot a biberon and they said they sent it via post. Unfortunately it has never arrived - but it was a kind gesture.

Even though there's an elevator, if you stay on the first floor, you still need to lift your luggage a bit from the staircase.
