Location is not the best.

One staff-member in the restaurant did not know what she was doing. The other was excellent. But we feel this hotel and the restaurant is highly overpriced. We had a booking for he hotel also on the way back from our skiing trip, but we cancelled it.

We choose this hotel for the location near the autobahn.

Fridge in the room did not cool down anything. Single beds put together for a double bed with nothing keeping them in place instead of a big bed. Also the duvets where given as medium size not suited for a double bed.

Unfortunately the dinner was below average . The staff were struggling with New Years Eve orders but the ordinary food off the special menu was disappointing for a hotel of this quality.

Difficult to say as it was a great experience, but the dinner in the restaurant was a bit disappointing as far as the quality of the food was concerned. Breakfast on the other hand was fantastic.

The hotel is in an area with a lot of construction activity. There was no noise from it when we stayed overnight on our way to Austria, but I can imagine it isn't great if you consider staying longer...

Lovely hotel, luxurious family room. Very comfortable beds.. Coffee/tea facilities in the room and a nicely decorated lounge/bar/restaurant area downstairs. Private parking. Great hotel to have stayed overnight on our way to Austria!

Other front receptionist who shamed me for not knowing my room number - I had gone straight from the car park to the room as my husband had checked in - and who corrected his recollection of the room number from 15 to zero one five without a smile! Restaurant is expensive for poor quality food although staff were lovely.

SEVENTY FIVE EUROS FOR ONE HOUR OF SAUNA -- I asked Booking.com to find hotels with a Sauna, as my partner and I value the Sauna experience after a long day of travel. Well, imagine our sureprise when we were told at the front desk that the Sauna would cost SEVENTY-FIVE EUROS FOR ONE HOUR of use, and they would need an hour's advance notice to get it warm. If that was mentioned on the Booking listing, I didn't see it. I expected a listing of "Sauna" to mean there would be a Sauna we could use as part of the pretty steep price for the room. SEVENTY FIVE EUROS FOR ONE HOUR OF SAUNA. :-( Breakfast is similarly expensive at 24 EUROS per person. No breakfast for us at that price. The upgrade from a standard room for 136 Euros to a marginally larger room "on the courtyard" for 180 Euros was a joke. THERE IS NO COURTYARD. Our "courtyard view" was to the parking lot, a construction site, and the autobahn. Don't waste your money upgrading. No one side of the square building is quieter than any other. :-( The shower is just form over function. The spray head holder does not rotate from an angle of 90 degrees, you can't point the spray head downward. There is an overhead 'rain' shower head, but both heads splash water all over the bathroom floor because there is NO SHOWER DOOR OR CURTAIN on the stall. Ask for extra towels on check-in; you'll need them to mop up all the overspray. :-(

The bed was very vomfortable and the facilities are new and quite elegant, if that's worth something to you. It's quiet with the window closed. Staff are friendly, courteous and professional.

The optional was breakfast was quite an expensive option via booking.com. I went for a breakfast at a local German bakery along the road.

However not my personal taste, the room and bathroom are designed in a luxury fashion with attention to detail. Very neatly cleaned, very comfortable beds, plenty storage room for clothing available. Various (4 in total iirc) lightning options available in my room.

shower leaked water into the hall... nothing wrong with it because it is for handicapped people but it think it could be fixed by installing a rail or a channel.
