We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainNothing. It was all perfect.
We stayed 3 nights over Easter which was rather expensive but we had a fantastic stay which was worth all the money. The water park next door which you reached via a covered bridge nearly directly from your room was wonderful. The bathrobe, pool towel and flip flops were a nice plus. The quality and selection of food at breakfast was excellent. Although we had to book a time slot for breakfast (e.g. 7, 9 or 10am) the staff were flexible and we always got a table straight away even if we arrived a little earlier or later. The location close to Wismar was fine. We would love to go back and definitely recommend.

Here is some critics: Even though a Person who didn't join us had helped us to book a stay online and I immediately tried to Cancel it, we could not cancel it or get refunds. Extra Costs for officially 1/2 hour of usage (open 10a.m., checkout time is at 11 a.m. already. Vacation would be sleeping until 12 and then going for brunch and a plunge while Kids could enjoy a swim since 5.a.m. Non-vacation: All go for sports and swimming until 7 and then grab a bite and a coffee off to work or arrange freely with home Office options. Also we were missing room service. However one thing is outstanding at the pool: The Lifestyle guards are super friendly and Kids can show their abilities and get a reward. Thank you very much for making the whole experience a phantastic one. Unforgettably nice for the kids!
There is a lovely swimming fun area attached with waves and many great slides, outdoorpool and special Sauna area

SwedenWhile rooms are refurbished they are not really practical. Cramped and with no air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. This is apparently what most guests do as the hotel have installed mosquito nets to make you able to keep the door open. However be prepared to be disturbed by seagulls screaming outside throughout the night and early morning. Also the bathroom door made out of glass is a bad choice. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, turning on the light, means you light up the room for everyone. Bad architectural choice. The staff is not the most friendly. The fitness centre they claim is actually a public place they charge you for and the morning opening hours are a joke (opens 10 on the weekend and 08.30 on the week...). A resort with Wonnemars ambition should have a better setup and especially included in the price. I payed like 600 EUR for two nights - having a semi rude staff member asking you to pay 7 EUR to use the gym just adds a bad taste to the experience. Anyone in sales would understand. Free parking available nearby. I'd say the hotel is a good choice if you have a car. Not alot of stuff nearby so be prepared to drive to town centre in the evening.
GREAT breakfast buffet. Clean rooms and nice overall interiors of the hotel.

LatviaI would like to have a hot water kettle and tea in the room as the restaurant works just till 10 PM. Also, better organization of paid access to the spa area is welcomed. It is not convenient that the pool works from 10 AM.
This hotel is very good for families with children. Very clean rooms, daily cleaning. Excellent soundproofing of walls, friendly staff. Aquapark has a lot of funny stuff for all ages and tastes.

GermanyWe booked the room via Booking.com, supposed to get a room including swimming pool, ended up they told us it was not including, if we wanted to use it we had to pay extra, plus spa, gym, sauna...all aren't free. Booked for 2 persons but ended up showing only 1 and asked us to pay more again + tax. The room was poor without a mini bar nor even a water boiler, no free coffee/tea. With this price we ended up paying we couldn't had staying at much better place, disappointed experience.
Breakfast is good, but 17 euro is a bit pricy. Room with a big balcony is good.

Czech RepublicDifficulty communicating in English everywhere. The breakfast corresponds to four stars hotel, but on the first day there is no possibility to get it before 10 a.m. All the pools are continuously full of children, none is intended for hotel guests, so it is practically impossible to swim. A lot of noise all day and all evening. On the room´s balcony last year´s leaves, cobwebs, old dirty uncomfortble beach chairs and three days full ashtray.
Very nice small town, but the capacity of the restaurants is not enough for the number of tourists, so it is difficult to find a place to have some dinner.

GermanyNo air conditioning activated in the rooms, for the money paid it was unacceptable to endure sweaty stay in the room just because management decided not to spend in electricity for AC, it does not matter the comfort of paying guests.
The ladies at the reception (all) and at the bar were mostly kind and hospitable. The beds were the best in the hotel.
