Really recommend this hotel. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Good value. Helpful, friendly staff. A superb breakfast. Very centrally located for all sights in the Altstadt. About 20 mins walk from the Hauptbahnhof. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed when dealing with 3 guests checking in simultaneously. Also, the corridors of the hotel appear outdated and had an unpleasant odor. The hotel couldn't maintain the overall ambiance I might have had 10 years back.

The hotel boasts a fantastic central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms seem to have been renovated over the last 10 years.

This is a typical European hotel with neat and clean rooms and everything you need to be comfortable. Beds were very comfy and bathroom, while small was very efficient. The front desk staff is very helpful and personable. The location is excellent and situated within minutes of the river, good restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great value!

The hotel is in a great location - all sights of Wurzburg are within easy walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright and modern. Breakfast was superb - a great breakfast buffet with lots of choice.

The carpet on the floor seems very dirty. The water in the shower is little and sometimes it turns hot and sometimes cold. It's tiring to take a shower. There is noise early in the morning and it makes it hard to sleep more. As it costs 147€ a night, it is not good value for money.

The location is good and it's near tourist attractions. The room size is okay and there is a little balcony in the room on the 3rd floor. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The toilet door was just a sliding glass, see-through and eventually it wasn't a proper door as it wouldn't close properly which I find very uncomfortable.

The room was very clean! Are the beds were comfortable and the size of the room was good. The location is also fantastic as it's right in the center of Würzburg and you can walk everywhere.

Lack of private parking. For parking for more than 2 h cars must be left at a considerable distance in the open: inconvenient with baggage, poor weather etc.

The hotel is close to city center and convenient. The room is small but functional enough and clean, WIFI worked well. There is a public parking place just in front of the hotel so I was able to park a car easily (but in case of late arrival, it may be full).

Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to eat at the hotel's restaurant because it was full and in the morning we couldn't bring our small dog into the breakfast room.

We loved the location, it was very close to the location where the Christmas markets were. there were planty of places nearby to have a nice dinner as well.

WiFi is a bit wonky (at least from my room). Also now I understand other reviews that mentioned that hotel building is "older" but as far as I'm concerned this should not stop anyone from visiting this lovely hotel

Perfect for a solo travellers for a short stay. Nice and clean and quiet. There's a church next door which chimed very loudly at 7am, waking me up. However, I now realise the window was open!!

There was no air conditioning, we were provided with a fan however it was still extremely hot in the room. Other than that a lovely hotel, perfect if you're staying when it's not too hot outside!

The hotel was very well located, just a few minutes to centre of Wurzburg and all the sights. The breakfast and the staff were lovely, and we had a nice view of the courtyard from our bedroom window.
