During our stay for 2 nights, there was the same homeless guy in front of the hotel yelling and shouting out at nights waking us up many times around 10 pm-5am. The wifi is not working before 7am 2 days in a roll.

The hotel is well maintenance, good location, clean and helpful staff. The room is spacious.

A little difficult to figure out how to get to the the hotel. You need to drive 100 meters or so on what appears to be a sidewalk to get to the hotel entrance. This seemed disconcerting to me at first but was not a problem once I knew I could legally drive on the sidewalk. I parked a block away and walked to the hotel and asked the front desk before pulling around.

Great location, city center. Walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Property was very clean, well maintained and in excellent condition despite older dated structure.

Charming hotel in the middle of Würzburg. When arriving by car, you have to check in at the hotel first. They have a deal with a parking garage close by where you get a discount. Payment is done at the garage. Restaurants, shops and bars are in direct proximity of the hotel. Good bed. The hotel is old but characterfull and has been renovated with eye for details. Very good breakfast at €18 pp.

We weren't advised about the carparking situation until we arrived. The location is surrounded by very narrow and some one way streets which made it difficult to find short term parking. On checking in, we were advised to drive up the cobblestones out the front and park there then were given a note for the parking station attendant advising we were guests at the hotel and paid 12€ for one night. This could have been noted on the booking to avoid stress and confusion for us as international tourists.

In a very good location for walking, lovely staff and great breakfast.

Location was very central, the rooms are very stylish and beautiful, old charm with modern designs. Loved the feel of the hotel, loved the outside of the building but it was very difficult to find on the map. Location may need some updating on the internet. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The parking building was easy to access especially being our first time driving on the other side of the road. Would happily stay there again.

Parking was a few blocks away. City Street was noisy with fireworks. Rooms were quite hot at night windows opened, but we didn’t figure this out until later.

The location was very noisy - takeaway food round the corner and the tram and bus stop. As it was hot we needed windows open as there was no Aircon (happy not to have Aircon generally). Nightmare to find - needs very detailed instructions. Unfortunately both up to date hire car satnav and Google Maps thought using a closed off tram only route was acceptable - and confusion with the concierge meant we contrived to drive back down it when it was apparently one way trying to find the car park ("Go back the way you came. It is ok, you are allowed "). Fortunately it was a Sunday and a shopping street.

Good breakfast, quirky room, warm welcome. Quite well located in the centre for touristy things.

There is no air conditioning. A fan was in the room, but it was still a little too warm/stuffy for me with the windows closed due to the street noise. If you want to keep the windows open for fresh air, be sure to request a room that does not face the street.

The hotel is charming. Very centrally located, about a 5-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof, the Residence, and Alte Mainbruke. The hotel is located at a busy intersection, but street noise was minimal with the windows closed. The bathroom was small, but there was shelving to store bath items and racks for towels and the bath/shower soap provided smelled wonderful. There was a bottle of water provided in the room, a mini fridge, a coffee maker with coffee pods, a few glasses of complimentary wine at the reception, and chocolates too. The smoking terrace is lovely. Excellent breakfast with eggs, meat, smoked salmon, an assortment of cheese and breads, yogurt, and good cappuccino. The breakfast staff and housekeeping are very nice. We will stay here again when we return to Wurzburg.
