It was far away from the airport.I arrived very late at night and it was very hard to get there no signs anywhere to let you know where it was .I had to ask a taxi driver how to get there my map on my phone wasn’t working for some reason .On the map it showed it was so close but I had to cross the road and go up on lots of steps ( some guys were sitting there I felt a bit uncomfortable squeezing between them with my luggage to get on to the second road that was very busy then I had to navigate how to cross it again then go .My husband said the same thing it was hard to get there with the car too .

The room was big .The bed and pillows were very comfortable .The staff was friendly and helpful.They had parking next to them .

- The number of elevators, compared to the number of rooms is a bit minimalistic. On a few occasions we waited minutes for the lift.

- Quiet and comfortable rooms. We did not hear airplanes landing/taking off at all. - Large parking. - 20-30 min drive to the city center. Mainly because the max speed is 40 km/h and police radars behind every corner. - Close by is the "subway" train to city center....takes 30 minutes and seems safer :)

You are in close proximity to the airport but for older people and people with more than carry on luggage it is impossible to walk. You talk up the walk ability but that isn’t really an option for many people. Think of the older people and definitely think of people traveling with small children. A shuttle would be great.

I was gone before breakfast to catch another flight. Maybe have a vending machine with muffins or granola bars available to the early travelers

Single beds and duvets very small. Room felt quite cold as an atmosphere. Cheaper on booking.com than booking at the reception.

Nothing really that I can mention as not having liked. I liked everything at the hotel. The only opportunity was for their engineering to attend the hand shower in the room for some small leaks.

Excellent people at the hotel, nice comfortable room and very well located in proximity to Stuttgart airport. Coming late at night, it was very convenient to just walk from the airport to the hotel.

Very good hotel. It is 5min walk distance to airport and breakfast started at 6am in the early morning, that is so friendly to people who have early flight. The room is not specious and facilities are a little bit old, but room is clean, quiet, and comfortable in the night. It’s valuable and awesome.

One of our rooms was close to the elevator and we could hear the guests coming and leaving early and late at night. Probably we could ask for another room, but we did not try so it is kind of our fault Some staff was exceptionally nice but one lady, who I asked if we could do early check in, was obviously having problem with it, on another hand one very nice man was always making us feel welcomed and most of others were friendly too. I feel some staff at the restaurant was a bit confused or overwhelmed - maybe they were new, but they were all very friendly as well.

I loved the room, was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, was able to reach the hotel from airport on foot, loved the restaurant food, bar was convenient too. Restaurant served delicous food, breakfast was great too. My only wish would be that the restaurant would offer some options during the day (like min. 2-3 simple dishes at least, like sandwich, pasta or soup to grab in between breakfast and dinner)

The prices are 3 times as expensive during the Expo, which seems unfair. The hotel looks much better in the photos, its comfortable but for that price should be 5 star.

Great breakfast, and the dinner menu is normally priced. The rooms are clean, and the locations is great next to the Expo and airport Stuttgart.
