Seating/lounging areas were practical and not cosy but we spent most of our time out hiking and in/around town centre so we were more than satisfied. Interior style a little bit dated

Had a wonderful week at this clean, simply furnished, functional, spacious comfortable apartment in convenient central location! Good cooking, washing & sleeping facilities. The blackout shutters were perfect for good nights sleep! No washer/dryer and minimal storage but was fine for us. Quiet location close to stunning nature walks in the hills/mountains and along the riverside, yet still nearby to lovely restaurants, bars and nightlife. Excellent communications from su per friendly courteous host who lives onsite. We’ll be back 👍

It will be nice if there is curtain in the bedroom, especially in the time when sunlight that starts early.

The apartment was very specious for us, we enjoyed the time. The location was perfect with easy to reach and it was in the city center with all the facilities were in reach, e.g the supermarket, restaurants, shopping centre. The kitchen was well equipped.

- Be aware the washing machine and skiraum are in the building next to the appartment. This is not a problem but we were not aware of this untill the 3 day of our stay. - The 2 downstairs bedrooms are somewhat noisy, but this didn't bother us much.

- The owner of the property (Tobias) is very friendly and helpful. During our stay one of the lights burst, and the owner came to help us out in no-time. For the incovenience he offered us a discount, which we thought was very thoughtful of him. If you are looking for any recommendations for activities in the area be sure to ask him as he knows a lot! - The appartment itself is modern and spacious, 6 adults can stay here very comfortably. - Location of the appartment is great, within walking distance of the center but at the same time far enough out to enjoy peace and quiet. - Supermarkets are around the corner

Nothing not to like really. Perhaps the garden area could do with a little maintenance but that didnt worry us in the slightest.

The Yeti apartment was superb. Absolutely huge accommodation and nicely modern with everything you would need. The location was fabulous too - just a ten minute walk into the heart of town and with two supermarkets within a three/four minute walk of the property. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and it was made twice as good by the hospitality and kindness of the owner, Tobias. What a nice guy. Nothing too much trouble. Can highly, highly recommend!

2 of the 3 bedrooms is located in the basement so while it was fine for my 3 kids who are older, I wouldn’t recommend for a family with young kids. There’s no bathroom in the basement either so my kids had to always come upstairs. The 2 bathrooms are right next to each other which is odd. The main bathroom had only 1 roll of toilet paper and no shower products like they advertised providing while the half bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper but no hand soap. For our family of 5 staying 3 nights we had to ask for extra toilet paper and was given a 2 in 1 men’s shampoo/body wash. They provided when asked but the cleaners need to ensure the apartment is well stocked.

The apartment was incredibly spacious for our family of 5. Having 1.5 bathrooms is always beneficial. Location was great with 2 grocery stores and a bakery about a block away. Walking distance to the center of Garmisch is easy and about 10 minutes.

The only reason I did not give a 10/10 for this place is because of the internet. It is not usable at all, and we are staying here for 3 days. I have to go outside of the apartment and stay in the car and turn on my mobile hotspot for my laptop to connect. Not to mention it was 5 degrees outside. Please upgrade your internet provider for your future guests.

The apartment is big. The bathroom is surprisingly huge. The kitchen is equipped with necessary tools for cooking. The beds are comfortable. The apartment is clean.

The manager asked me to leave 18 Euro on the table when we left to supposedly cover city tax and cleaning when those were covered in the total fee paid at booking. The WiFi was VERY slow, and the shower had no curtain. We were only given 2 towels to shower with. The spiral staircase was coming off of the wall!

There was no toilet/shower in the basement for the 2 rooms there, which made it difficult for the people bunking there to use the toilets at night. The door to the 1 Bathroom on the upper floor was really difficult to close and open ( needed repairs) and made noise, basically waking everyone up if someone used it at night. Only 1 toilet roll was provided for 6 people staying for 3 nights! Not enough seating for 6 people to sit around in the living area, we had to use the dining area.

location was a short walk to the town centre. grocery stores and cafes nearby. Kitchen was well equipped to make basic meals.

The apartment is clean, well furnished, and spacious. The location is convenient and quiet. But more than anything, the owner was really kind and ready to help. As I had to stay longer than planned due to an unexpected reason, the owner was very flexible and offered me a prolonged stay and some help I needed. I visited here for my work, but I would come again for a vacation.

We absolutely loved the entire place; no dislike whatsoever. Highly recommended and would use it again if we ever go down to the Garmish area!

Place was very clean and plenty of available space on the beds to fit us comfortably. The owner had other jobs in town when we arrived but he already reached out to us with the code to the lock box by the door. The parking was right in front of our door, a little tight but we were able to fit our van along with two other vehicles for the owner and other tenants in the other apartments. There was an Edeka store right at the intersection of the main street and the apartment street, along with a bakery right there. Location was beautiful and it was within about 10mins walk to bars/clubs on either side, along with the center of the city. Owner was very nice and spoke great English! Highly recommend for families although with very young ones, be mindful of the spiral stairs down to the basement section where the other two bedrooms are.
