How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The beds were extremely soft, which I'm okay with, but it was still excessive. The pillows were so soft they just disappeared when you put them on the bed.
It seems to be kind of a medical treatment facility/spa that also rents rooms - not that there's anything wrong with that. In fact, that meant more facilities - pool, sauna, big elevator, etc. Free parking in the garage was a plus. Nice quiet room, easy access to the hotel from the highway. There's a great Italian restaurant around the corner next to the tennis club - go early because it fills up quick and they don't take reservations...!

The locality.
Large room Good breakfast Great Italian restaurant just round the corner (not a Pizzaria as described) Handy for the autobahn.

Hotel Wifi is unsecured and rather slow, there is 5G connection though in Regensburg so not a big deal for a short stay.
I have been coming here for years now, hotel is nothing fancy, but reliable and delivers very good value year after year. Free and safe parking is also very important and the helpful staff.

you have to check in before 20.00hr. So you have to anticipate a little more on traffic jamp
the rooms are spacious and clean. the breakfast was very good. never had such a value for money. the hotel doesn’t has a “hotel vibe”.

I had a stopover in a longer trip and I just spent a night there. I arrived late at night and the room keys were left for me in a safe box outside the building. There were instructions left in my room where to leave the keys if I left early next morning. The breakfast lady was very nice and helpful.

Check in starts at 5pm, very strange. Also the receptionist was new and untrained, not very helpful.

If you want to walk to the city, it's a bit far at the end of the day of travelling. The hotel is part of as a healthcare center, it looks a bit basic.
Free swimming pool and big gym available, free parking under the hotel. Simple but good breakfast and arrangement in general. Big room, balcony, some eating facilities nearby.

Check in closes at 8pm, there is no bar to mingle. However these are known upfront, so no surprise here, all fine, really.
Very reliable. I have been here few times already over two years. Always delivers as expected. Recommended for a sleepover and fully accessible without stairs.

My room wasn't cleaned properly on 2nd day. My name on the bill was wrong. It was taking too long for the changes, so I requested the lady at reception to send it per Email. It was sent with wrong Date of birth.

As a returning customer I know what to expect. I would appreciate an electric car charger. It would be ideal to use during the night.
Third time here, all fine and reliable for what I needed, which is a one night stay during longer travel.

The atmosphere was a bit weird sometimes because the building is shared with a clinic and physiotherapists and it kind of looked like a hospital some times. It was not very bad though and we would still recommend it!
Very nice room and friendly staff. It was very nice that we could access the swimming pool! Good private parking.
