The instructions for accessing the property were quite long and a bit worrying. In the event we got in easily.

The studio was light, bright and very clean. There was a lovely sunset viewable from the 9th floor balcony. You could also see the church and "old" town from here. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the very pleasant central area of town, much of which can be walked on the edge of parkland. The apartment block is also about a 10 minute walk from the station.

- The intercom didn't work - luckily someone was entering the building and I could get in to take the keys. - The hall had a really strong cigarette smell (we were on the 9th floor), but I understand that there are things that cannot be controlled as also individual people live there. - Unfortunately there was also not the nicest smell coming out of the sewer system. - Light in the garage only during the night, during the day it was pretty dark iside.

- The studio is renewed, clean and well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, cooking pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, water cooker, tea, coffee). - Wifi worked well. - The view (9th floor) was a supernice addition. - Instructions how to get in were clear. Overall - we were happy with our stay, comfy place, everything was prepared perfectly.

I like self check in. But it was a little bit complicated. On a day od arrival I must remember host to send me a self check in info. And than, some informations are missing, so I must write again ...

Beautiful view from the balcony and a short walk from the Osnabrück Altstadt train station and the center of town. Comfortable bed and nice shower, just know that there is no air conditioning.

Too far from the Osnabruck train station,need to keep asking how to get the code to get in the apartment! Only got the code after 4pm! No convenience stores around the apartment. Nothing! Staying 2 nights no WiFi, TV, heating and outside is -2 What app the property keep sending the same message you must sign in but they is no sign to fill in the password?

A waterboiler is not a coffeemaker. No curtains, so too light to sleep. As mentioned in other reviews the key process is quite inconvenient when using the parking. No views on 2nd floor apartment.

Bathroom door did not close! Shower head height adjustment was broken. Maybe the keys could be labeled somehow so you didn’t have to try them all at each door.

Everything was perfect...maybe you could leave an iron board in the properties. Only a suggestion.

It was absolutely phenomenal... We had a few issues with getting into the building because they changed the security system of the doors which wasn't the fault of Home2Share,but after that it was an absolute treat. The view was amazing, we were lucky with the weather,so we sat out and enjoyed life...lol We will book again ,definitely!

It would have been good to have instructions for the TV / 2 controllers. I could power on the TV, but couldn't get a signal from whichever box is for that. Maybe just batteries in one of the controllers?

Big room with balcony overlooking the old city Osnabrück Plusses = kitchen with refrigerator, balcony, WIFI, Close to bus stop. A very easy walk to the old town. There was also a washing machine and TV, which we didn't use.

- The hassle of getting the keys to the place - All the documents needed for check-in - Too much stuff to do before we finally could sit down and relax - Beds were horrible with all the sides around them

Check in process didn't work, no one picked up the phone. WhatsApp contact finally worked after waiting 15 minutes. The building itself is scrubby. Dust on the bedsheets. Not a good experience.
