Somehow the apartment seemed to be heated although the thermostats were off, so the temperature inside was almost always too high. The shower in the bathroom was close to being clogged and there should be a vent since there is no window. Unfortunately the towels and the bed linens were stained, although I must say they smelled good so probably a previous stain that did not wash off?

The apartment was modern and with high quality furniture. The bed was comfortable and the appliances worked very well. Even if located on a big road, the apartment itself overlooks an internal courtyard so it is very quiet. If only the temperature could have been better regulated, we would have slept excellently. We enjoyed the location a lot, with many cafes, restaurants, and convenient public transport. We could self check-in/out which made the process easier. The host was nice enough to let us have a late check-out.

Amazing place. Maryam was very helpful in providing all the details. The place is great with enough space with all amenities. The location is perfectly close to HBF and the city centre.

Maybe the bathroom, it wasn't really finished. And maybe some more instructions on how to use the stove when you want to cook by yourself.

It's was a cozy tiny place with enough facilities to have a great stay. It was tiny place but I was happily surprised that the bathroom was so big. Even though the wifi was not working, after a brief phonecall with the property manager, everything was alright because I already received an email with more information with what I had to do with the wifi.

The bath ventilation system was automated in our apartment and it turned on/off sometimes unexpectedly. If you sleep sensitively it could be a bit noisy. But we actually found some workaround at the second night, so it was overall ok.

The outstanding place for that price. The room itself is neat, clean and so lovely. It's also well packed with kitchen appliances if you want to have a meal indoors. The host was ready to solve any occurred problem, I really appreciated it.

This was very convenient, and I believe, far superior to the hotels I looked at which had a similar price range. The flats are situated in a backyard which makes them quiet, you cannot hear the road outside and it does feel safe. Like others have pointed out, the flats are clean, modern and nice. If you are fast walker, you can make the distance to the Main Station in about 15 minutes (or alternatively, take one of the trams). There's a food store not far away in case you need to get something to eat on your way back from the city center in the evening. I'd be happy to use this again. Oh and I should add that the manager Maryam is very quick to respond if you do have a question. Y

there was no sharp knife in the apartment for cutting food: vegetables/meat for cooking (there were only table knives) but this was not a big problem

The location is not right in the city center but it’s only two stops away with public transportation. This also makes it quiet at night.

Everything was brand new and very stylish. It really felt clean and like at home.

The door of the entrance was really heavy… it might be good for security, the hotel person informed me before my check in, but it was 10times heavier than I thought. And hot water for the shower was not enough for me..

The room is stylish and all necessary items are ready in the room. I could be relaxed for two weeks stay.

A nice gesture would be to leave a few nespresso capsules so that we could make coffee when we came without needing to go to a grocery store first. Also, a few more kitchen utensils and cups/glasses would be also useful. It's not that we didn't like it, but this is what we think could be improved.

The flat is in a very convenient location, approximately 15 mins walk to the city centre. It is modern, newly refurbished, clean and the terrace was really nice to sit outside and drink coffee on. The host was very responsive to our queries

It was a warm summer weekend and the air circulation in the room is not very ideal (window is opened and fan is on) The laminate floor in the room has few stains when we just entered.

I like the fact that It is a quiet and private place , but outside is lively. The place is like a small studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and little living room feeling zone. All clean and nice.
