On the day of arrival, the toilet and sink were dirty, so probably no one cleaned the apartment all day. There was extreme noise under the windows at night - loud people who probably beat into containers, noisy traffic in the morning. Basically, it was impossible to sleep, because without an open window you would not be able to breathe in the room. Next to the booking advertisement, private parking was mentioned, so I expected it to be included in the price, but then I was told it was for another 10 euros. When I consider all these negatives, this place is not worth the price.

The room was not big enough for us both, there was no window no mirror, one plastic seat between us, a very small bed with a single quilt on it. After we paid we found out the kitchen and bathroom was shared with 12 other people , bathroom was filthy. they should have payed us to stay there.

That room was not as advertised. My allocated room was not listed in the pictures. It did not even had a windows. The whole apartment was very unhygienic: a chewing gum was on the bed frame, the bin was full, including with food leftovers, all the bedsheets and furniture were stained, the front door handle was broken, compromising the safety of everyone inside the apartment. The room floor was full of dust, broken furniture, rubbish under my bed. Walls are also full of dirt. The bathroom had a sewer smell, the bin was full till the top, the floor was really dirty and so was the toilet, including urine on the top and the sink was full of corrosion and I was not provided with even soap or drinking water. On top the advert says kitchen included but you have to pay extra 10 euros per nights. The whole apartment, from the entrance to the room, looks and smells as if it has not been cleaned for months. This cancellation won’t return me my money even if the listing was nothing as advertised. I had to cancel due to this extremely unhygienic reasons and had to spend double the money on a new reservation. Nobody came to clean neither sunday or monday. This listing either needs to improve hygiene or be removed from booking as the health of the visitors is at risk!

The host didn’t provide the information for checking in as code numbers for the doors and the floor and I had to call 3 times to ask him if he could send me the informations and all he responded was “read your messages” all over again and again till the point it was very stressful and I thought I was getting scammed. I had to ask for help in the hotel next door so they could communicate in german and he was repeating the same sentence “read your messages” I showed the messages to this person and they agreed with me that there was NO information, after almost and hour of asking the host to please give me the information so I can go in he finally did. I don’t understand why he couldn’t do it at first. In the other hand it Was not so clean, shared bathrooms were not clean. Room was ok, on weekends there is a lot of noise coming from a club or something like this, other guests were playing music and signing unnecessary LOUD.

The only good thing about this property is the cheap price and that is 10 mins away from the center.

The property did not allowed my reservation, and neither it refunded my payment. The owner is a fraud and is not trustable. He is greedy of money only, no matter if he gives services or not. This property should be removed from all the Hospitatility services in Germany. Very bad attitude. He seems to be a criminal.

The worst experience. The shared bathroom looks very miserable, the source of the infection, I couldn't bathe the children in the room, a bad smell, parking is not included, as it says, I paid 6.8 euros.

On arrival the room had not been cleaned and smelled vile. I contacted the owner who kept telling me it had been cleaned and kept asking me to send photos, I had made phones but were unable to send them to him. I asked him to come and look for himself the state of the room and get it sorted.He told me that was impossible due to that he was on holiday in Miami and told me not to bother him anymore

A tiny room with no window, and it was super hot when we came in despite the fan. The apartment's front door was half broken, and a curtain was hung with tape on our door (because it was partly glass) and kept falling. Dust was on the floor (like bits of fluff) and an old chewing gum lying somewhere. The price was way too high for what it was. We left as early as possible in the morning. No need to say how disappointed we were.

Well situated in the city and fridge/washing machine available.

Horrible! Do not stay here, way too expensive for the price, clogged toilet, no kitchen and pallet beds. Booked 2 nights, only stayed one because it was too late to find something else

First, the host send tons of messages beforehand. On the on hand helpful ones about check in but also quite some unsolicited offers to upgrade (to get a window in the room or an equipped kitchen). Just before arriving he informed us that our room doesn’t have a window which was allegedly hard to portray on booking.com, but that we could upgrade to get one. Having arrived in our windowless room, the smell and and the air in the tiny room were unbearable and there we no way of getting rid of it. Also it was way too warm in the room - with only 15 degrees outside. We had an old fan which was unfortunately way too noisy to use during the night. The mattress was of a very low quality - super soft and thin that you could feel the wood underneath when sleeping on your side. It was impossible to lock the toilet door (instead there was a big hole in the door where the lock should be). The cleanliness situation was also more than poor and it smelled strongly of urine. We’re are really used to budget traveling and simple hotels and hostels and didn’t expect much comfort but this place was really underwhelming.

There is a very loud nightclub next to the place. There is 1 bathroom for 15 people. Do not stay here if you want the basics of comfort.
