We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is the first time when I can not mention anything, that I did like. This pension profile have pictures of original pension, while in reality you will be living above Indian restaurant, and if you like curry - it is good place to stay

GermanyThe shared refrigerator on the floor did not work, there were no smoke detectors and the cleaning of the shared toilet left a lot to be desired. But that was quickly turned off after a call.
It is one of the few places around Bremen that offer lower prices. You would not like to spend holidays there. But for a short stay or for work it was ok. There ar tiny showers in each room but you share with other customers the toilets.

GermanyThe toilet is shared on the floor with other room mates. So requires regular tidying up. Many of the room mates smoke and at times this can be disturbing. I dont think they were smoking in the room but at the entrance, which sometimes is left open and the entire hallway and building smells of it
Its a budget stay. Honeslty one should not expect much especially for a last minute travel. The room was small and comfy with own shower. It was clean. The venue was convenient as it was close to my business travel venue at the outskirts of Delmenhorst.

United KingdomOn arrival, there was no reception or anybody who knew that I was coming. A handywoman had to call "the big boss" as she kept saying as another customer and I had arrived and she was not aware of any reservation. There was no reception area. The outside door did not close, which was good as the code on the door did not work anyway! When leaving the next morning, I ended up holding the door handle in my hand. The room was small, which would have been okay if it did not have that many slopped walls (top floor under the roof). There were no emergency signs or indicator for directions, you just needed to remember the way through the building. The room had a shower (which I did not try) but the toilet was shared in the hallway. The toilet had mould on the wall and around the window with some wall paper coming off. The "kitchenet" was in a cupboard in the hallway, as was a fridge (although I did not expect any of it). The flooring in the room was new and okay, as was the cleanliness of the room. The common area was less attractive and painting work was being carried out on the ground floor. On the second floor was a glass door to a balcony area with a sign "do not use"... which in the morning made sense as the balcony had no balustrade! Some of the carpet on the staircase was simply nailed down.
The location was good. The rest was really bad.

Had a laugh with the family about the old TVs and window without a curtain. But for this price, Connected rooms for family of 4, fridge, breakfast table, comfortable beds (yet some broken haha), and a microwave… You simply don’t even find all this in a room quadruple the price. Very nice 👌

GermanyLoudly noisy wooden floors every where (no sleep all the night), smelly room (sever Hygiene problems), no physical person to complain, they are scamming clients in a way that Booking.com can't help you, The building need restoration, Furniture is worn out to the point of destruction.
Nothing to like there! These people offer non-EXISTING rooms, they will contact you before your stay to change the offer and tell you that was a mistake, by providing you an unknown condition room for less money, then at the end they will charge your card the complete amount..
