We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsMissing playground for kids, although majority of the hotel guests are non-kids (older people)
Very nice stay in lovely old German type house. Owners very busy, but helpful to set up all required wishes. Restaurant in the hotel is busy for non-hotel guests therefore sometimes could be busy there. Hotel old, but well maintained and keep in clean and comfortable shape. Close by many interesting attractions sky walk, castles etc...

PortugalThe organisation of the breakfast room was too confusing. The items were spread in different areas and there wasn’t enough room to place your plate while helping yourself. The lightening of the room is more suitable for having a drink or dinner. It was quite dark for a breakfast room.

ThailandFor the breakfast, we have to ask for a coffee. Hotel staff did not care you much, if you need something more you have to asking for or do/get by yourself. No coffee and kettle in the room.
This Hotel in the middle of nowhere, breakfast and dinner it good. Hotet is look lively a lot of customer in meeting areas/ events room. (May be too much for the overnight Guest) Good place for drink in that town and only one Hotel in that small town. Owner (or manager), He is friendly and service minded. Car park in front the hotel.

NetherlandsNothing. Tip: it's wonderful to see fresh produce/ herbs are being used by the chef. Putting more emphasis on this would really put the absolutely delicious cuisine even more on display.
Very friendly staff, with a special mention of the gentleman who served us dinner. He was helpful, thoughtful and very creative concerning serving our little one.

NetherlandsUnfortunately, we experienced some hindrance in our room from the music played at the wedding party downstairs. Other than that, we much enjoyed our stay.
We were welcomed by various members of the staff in the most friendly ways during the first 10 minutes of our stay. Breakfast was offering a huge variety including healthy choices, each item of high quality.
