Several steps required to bring luggage to check in desk. No service staff to assist you. Steps elsewhere as well. Not helpful for anyone with physical limitations.

No outside view ...just 2 velux windows looking at the sky.. we upgraded to a room with a connection to outside space before we travelled..we paid and got confirmation..but on arrival were told it wasn't available.. money was refunded but still very disappointed . Made it feel a bit like student accommodation at 5 star prices.

Need more staff making coffee at breakfast. Had a fire alarm and evacuation at 6.15 am which was a bit chaotic, would have been nice to have had a sense of staff being organised and an explanation.

Room: Lack of closet (and no, the explanation that this is the concept of the 25th hours, i.e. "on the fly" is awkward - we were there for 6 nights). And not enough hangers. Beds: mattresses too soft. Breakfast: slow service.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel , and it was absolutely incredible! The room was beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and had such a fancy atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect too, just a short walk away from the center. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I loved the energetic vibes of the hotel, which added an extra touch of excitement to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a colorful and fancy experience near the center.

Nothing we didn’t like. Food was expensive (from our perspective) but it was the same everywhere else in Copenhagen.

The design and atmosphere of the hotel were fantastic! So many options to sit with something delicious, relax and enjoy. We almost didn’t want to leave the hotel to go see the city.

The lighting in the room is a bit too complicated, making it difficult to turn each lamp on and off. The atmosphere becomes a bit gloomy during the night. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast lacks variety and offers limited options.

The hotel's location is ideal as it allows us easy access to Walking Street and shopping areas by foot.

A room with a bath would have been nice after a long day exploring the city. I'm sure some rooms must offer this, one for us to bear in mind for the future when booking.

Lovely building, breakfast was well worth the money with plenty of selection and a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, decoration was really nice and made for a much more personal atmosphere.

No privacy between the bathroom part of the room and the bedroom. Not ideal if you are travelling with a friend or family.

Very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, cool community spaces, like the record room and the lounge room. The bar is a great spot to relax. Spacious and colourful.

The room was very spacious, though I missed a place (bench) for suitcase and clothes (two hangers were not enough)

Room amenities could have been a little better and bed/pillows weren't that comfortable.

Great location, heart of Copenhagen and great transport links. Very quirky hotel and very clean. Food and service was great. Would stay here again!

If staying with a friend, bear in mind that the shower is in the room (ours was anyway) so even with frosted glass it felt quite intimate!!

The decor and bar/chill areas made it feel very special. Everything was really clean and the staff very friendly. The location is very central but also tucked away so was quiet, especially on the fourth floor where we were. The beds were comfy too.
