They give you two separate mattresses that move on top of the iron frame as soon as you turn. That's annoying!

I think it was a very good price considering the location and the facilities of the hotel. Also, the room was very clean.

Our room was not cleaned in a period of 5 days, we asked for it to be cleaned through a website and that didn't work out. We asked at the reception, they sent someone there who just threw us a couple of towels and cleaned nothing! There were bugs (silverfish) in the bathroom The TV needs an HDMI cable not a smart TV

The location is well connected with transportation (one does need transportation to go anywhere though) The staff are super friendly and accommodating It has modern nice facilities (Fußball table, billiards, ping pong) They have a nice good value breakfast The internet works fine

did not like the fact that there was no alcohol served at the bar (the staff did not seem to know why this was the case..) if I were the management I would allow alcohol to be served again and propose a bicycle rental ? There is a station not too far away on foot but it would be good to have other options since taxis are very expensive in Copenhagen.

The soundproof is not really ideal. We could always hear people take a shower or noise from outside.

The dining hall was really cold, there were no heating and we almost had to put on our coat while having breakfast. The variety of breakfast was good enough but it was quite limited and it was the same for 3 days while we stayed there.

It was clean and close to the city center. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was also clean. Temperature of the room was really warm which was perfect in December.

We arrived quite late at the hotel, and unfortunately, our check-in experience was far from seamless. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed, dealing with issues from other guests, which resulted in a lengthy check-in process. After a tiring journey, this was a bit frustrating, but we understood that such situations can arise.

One of the highlights was the pancakes at breakfast. The standout feature was the automatic pancake machine. Being able to enjoy unlimited fresh, hot pancakes was a delightful surprise and added a unique touch to our breakfast.

3/4 nights was so cold, the radiator from the room was not functional. Big spider web on 2 sides on top of the room. Small insects like worms in the room. (2-3 pcs for the entire reservation)

No ventilation ducts in the room. Windows could only be partly tilted due to the in-built security feature. Lights were a bit harsh and the internet connection was at times spotty. Just minor inconveniences which did not hamper us greatly for the three night stay there.

The room was very clean as was the shower. Keycards worked without any problems. Quiet and decently comfortable rooms. Seemed worth the price. Reception was friendly and helpful. Washing machine and drying facility was a big help. Well connected to the rest of the city through the Sydhavn St. train station, which is at a walkable distance from the hostel. Fast check out at the reception by dropping the keycards into the checkout box. Check out on the weekend is at 11 a.m.

The room is clean. - The faculty is nice the billiards and locker. Besides, it also has music shows at the bar (only on Friday as far as I remember) I had a very interesting experience with the guitar show at the bar. Really love it, it makes me feel really comfortable and cozy when the weather is low outside. 1 beer with the Spanish songs from the guitarist makes you feel good
